Pranam Mamraj Tomar *I am a senior citizen of my great country INDIA, where it is a tradition and culture to respect and regard the elders, and definitely the senior citizens!* *I recently purchased a train ticket. The applicable concession was given on the fare of train ticket. To my dismay, I noticed a remark on the ticket: ''Are you aware that 43% of your fare is borne by the common citizens of the country?"* *This is like giving a gift and then kicking with a shoe on the face of the senior citizens!* *I would suggest to the Govt of India to withdraw this gift! we will not mind it! But will the Govt give a bill to all those privileged persons who dine in the Parliament canteen with a bold print "Are you aware that the subsidy amount of your food is borne by the common citizens of the country"?* *Also will the Govt. please write to all MPs & MLAs and other Govt. officials, while giving them free passes for travelling by train & aeroplane that the traveling cost is borne by the common citizens of the country?* *Will the Govt. consider writing the same to all the above privileged citizens to whom so many subsidies are given in their walks of life?* *Will the Govt. write to all ex-MPs, MLAs, MK s & Ministers the same remark while paying them pension?* *There are so many such issues!* *However I am sure nobody will post his opinion, neither will the Govt. consider it fit to address these!* *This is the result of 100s of years of slavery in our own country!* *If you agree, pls post this in your Groups so that it spreads all over India!*
