Pranam இன்று நம்மில் பலர் அலுவலக விஷயமாக பல presentation (ppt) செய்ய வேண்டி வரும், பல விதமான ரிப்போர்ட் கள் அனுப்ப வேண்டி இருக்கலாம், பல விதமான கடிதங்கள் எழுத வேண்டி இருக்கலாம், இப்படி எழுத்து என்று எங்கு வந்துவிட்டாலும், நன்னூல் சொல்லும் குற்றங்களை களைந்து எழுதப் பழகிவிட்டால் அது நன்றாக இருக்கும். அது என்ன பத்து குற்றங்கள்? பாடல் NANOOL குன்றக் கூறல் மிகைபடக் கூறல் கூறியது கூறல் மாறுகொளக் கூறல் வழூஉச்சொ்ற் புணர்த்தல் மயங்க வைத்தல் வெற்றெனத் தொடுத்தல் மற்றொன்று விரித்தல் சென்றுதேய்ந் திறுதல் நின்றுபயன் இன்மை என்றிவை ஈரைங் குற்றம் நூற்கே பொருள் குன்றக் கூறல் = குறைத்துக் கூறுவது. எதையும் முழுவதுமாக சொல்லுவது இல்லை. அரைகுறையாக சொல்லுவது. இது முதல் குற்றம். சொல்லுவதற்கோ அல்லது எழுதுவதற்கோ முன் சிந்திக்க வேண்டும். என்ன சொல்லப் போகிறோம், என்று சிந்தித்தது. கேட்பவர்களுக்கு முழுமையாக புரிய வேண்டும்.
மிகைபடக் கூறல் = வள வள என்று தேவைக்கு அதிகமாக கூறுவது. பத்து நிமிடத்தில் சொல்ல வேண்டியதை அரை மணி நேரம் இழுப்பது. நேரம் மட்டும் அல்ல, விளைவுகளை மிகைப் படுத்திக் கூறுவது. அந்த ஷேர் இல் போட்டால் 30 percent வருமானம் கிடைக்கும் என்று மிகைப் பட கூறுவது. நாலு நாள் ஆகும் என்றால், "ஒரே நாளில் செய்து விடுவேன்" என்று மிகையாகக் கூறுவது. கூறியது கூறல் = சொன்னதையே திருப்பி திருப்பி கூறுவது. ஒவ்வொரு வாக்கியத்திலும் ஒரு புதிய செய்தி இருக்க வேண்டும். மாறுகொளக் கூறல் = முன்னுக்கு பின் முரணாக கூறுவது. "அந்தப் பொண்ணை உன் மகனுக்குப் பார்க்கலாம். நல்ல பொண்ணு தான். ஆனா, அக்கம் பக்கத்தில ஒரு மாதிரி பேசிக்கிறாங்க". இப்படி சொன்னால் என்ன அர்த்தம். பொண்ணு நல்ல பொண்ணா இல்லையானு குழப்பம் வரும் இல்லையா. வழூஉச்சொ்ற் புணர்த்தல் = தவறான சொற்களை சேர்த்துச் சொல்லுவது. சிறந்த சொற்களை தேர்ந்து எடுத்து பேச/எழுத வேண்டும். சில சமயம் சொற்கள் நல்லவையாக இருக்கும் ஆனால், உபயோகப் படுத்திய விதம் தவறாக இருக்கும். எந்த சூழ்நிலையில் , எந்த சொல்லை சொல்ல வேண்டும் என்று யோசித்து சொல்ல வேண்டும். மயங்க வைத்தல் = கேட்பவர்களை குழம்ப வைப்பது. தெளிவு பிறக்கும் படி பேச வேண்டும். "நல்லாத்தான் சொன்னாரு, ஆனா என்ன சொன்னாருனே விளங்கல" அப்படினு மத்தவங்க சொல்லக் கூடாது. வெற்றெனத் தொடுத்தல் = சொல்ல வந்த செய்திக்குப் பொருந்தாத வெற்று , ஆடம்பர சொற்களை பயன் படுத்துதல். சில அரசியல்வாதிகள் பேசுவதை கேட்டிருக்கலாம். ஆடம்பரமாக இருக்கும் அவர்கள் பேசுவது. ஆனா, சொல்ல வேண்டிய விஷயம் இருக்காது அந்தப் பேச்சில். மற்றொன்று விரித்தல் = சொல்லவந்ததை விட்டு விட்டு மற்றொன்றைப் பற்றி சொல்லுவது. சொல்ல வந்ததை விட்டு விலகக் கூடாது. சென்றுதேய்ந் திறுதல் = சிலர் ஆரம்பத்தில் நல்லா ஆரம்பிப்பார்கள். ஆனா, போக போக கழுதை தேய்ந்து கட்டெறும்பு ஆன கதையா எங்கோ ஆரம்பித்து எங்கோ முடிப்பார்கள். சொல்ல வந்ததில் முழு கவனம் இருக்க வேண்டும். கேட்பவர்கள் கொட்டாவி விடக் கூடாது. சுவாரசியம் குன்றாமல் சொல்ல வேண்டும். நின்றுபயன் இன்மை = பயன் இல்லாத சொற்களை பேசக் கூடாது. கேட்பவரின், வாசிப்பவரின் நேரம் பொன் போன்றது. அதை வீணடிக்கக் கூடாது. என்றிவை ஈரைங் குற்றம் நூற்கே = என்ற இவை பத்து (இரண்டு ஐந்து) குற்றம் நூலுக்கே அலுவலகத்தில் நீங்கள் எழுதும் ஒவ்வொரு ஈமெயில், ரிப்போர்ட், பவர்பாயிண்ட் presentation எல்லாம் இந்த குற்றம் இல்லாம ல் இருக்கும் படி பார்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். ஒரு checklist மாதிரி போட்டு வைத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். எழுதி முடித்தபின், இந்த குற்றங்கள் இருக்கிறதா என்று சரி பாருங்கள். இருந்தால் அவற்றை களையுங்கள் . Many of us today may have to make many presentations (ppt) as an office matter, may have to send many kinds of reports, may have to write many kinds of letters, and it would be nice if we could get used to writing off the crimes of scripture wherever that writing comes from. What are the ten crimes? Criticism = understatement. Not saying anything at all. To say the least. This is the first crime. Think before you speak or write. What are we going to say, that thought. The listener must fully understand. Exaggeration = overstating resource. Pulling half an hour to say what you have to say in ten minutes. Not just time, but exaggeration of the consequences. Exaggeration says that you will get 30 percent return on that share. If it takes four days, exaggerate "I'll do it in one day". To say = to repeat what has been said. There should be a new message in every sentence. Contradiction = contradictory back and forth. "You can see that girl to your son. She's a good girl. But, let's talk like a neighbor." What does it mean to say so. Whether or not the girl is a good girl is confusing or not. Glossary = Adding the wrong words. Choose the best words and speak / write. Sometimes words are good but the way they are used is wrong. In any situation, you have to think and say what word to say. To seduce = to confuse the hearers. Clarity must speak according to right frames. Empty touch = the use of empty, luxurious words that do not match the message being conveyed. Spreading another = leaving what has been said and saying about another. Do not deviate from what you have come to say. Gone are the days = some will start well in the beginning. But, as they go, the story of the ass rubbing against the rock will start somewhere and end somewhere. There must be full attention to what is being said. Listeners should not let the yawn. Uselessness = do not speak useless words. The time of the listener and the reader is like gold. Don't waste it. Make sure every email, report, and PowerPoint presentation you write in the office is free of this guilt.
