No buck to be made on positive news! It is a reflection on our mentality. We do not talk of achievements but of failures. Hence news channels cater to negative and sensational news only. They prominently display CHOWKIDAR CHOR HAI slogan of RaGa. But do not talk about the turn around in DRDO and HAL. Long moribund projects like TEJAS (fighter), NAG(anti-tank missile) and ARJUN(heavy battle tank) have finally gone into production phase and that too at a furious phase. I was particularly galled by decades of delay in NAG as I had been associated with development of this missile.       One reason for production not taking off is our fascination with anything foreign. Even bottled water should be imported from France with the name AVIAN. No commission for Defence Procurement Agency and Ministry of Defence. More so of our NETALOG and BABUS.   Modi and his Ministers may be honest, but the BABUS are the same.
