Sir
I would rather seek equity of getting the facility any citizen gets
from all institutions plus, discount on debits plus bonus on credits to
compete till death. Give me all loans as you would to a 20 or 25 or 39 year
old as his death is not promulgated by age nor 70s are going to die the
next day; in insurance same premium since insurance is not run for profit.
a housing loan since repayment capacity is more for a senior citizen than a
regularly employed salary with the take home pay. Since elderly with the
limited conditions of earning where the premium and payments are
determined for 25 must be discounted for 70s for the same benefit. Because
senior citizens contribute more for others' business and Govt, so too, they
shall get bonus over and above the normal youngsters given. This balance
will allow respect in the society till death.
