Q1 What terrifies a true Masala Dosa lover? A1 Bhuvana Rameshwar2-4-2021Smart cook, not hardworking Ask me the true masala dosa addict . Making and eating masala dosa is anart. It is an acquired trait. The most important rules to follow The dosa should be big and uniformly crisp till I finish the last piece.😊 It should retain its shape till the last bit gets over😉 It should have a slight fermented taste.😋 The filling should be thick enough not to sog the belly of the dosa😅 Arey bhai.. Who asked you to add cheese in it? 😡 Same goes for tomato sauce/cooked noodles on it…? fusion dosas are theworst insult to a dosa.😠 Watery chutney or sambar which do not stick to the dosa. There should bea cordial adhesion between them 🤝Soggy or over thick dosas have nothing to do withmasalas . They are only for amateurs who eat dosa with lentil powders or sugar.👶Dosas without enough oil poured when getting done. Please be lavish in pouring oil.😊 Potato masala with too manyginger pieces.😖 Potato masala in a pink colour because of the addition of a few beetrootpieces..😟 Potato masala browned due to the addition of chilly powder, for want ofgreen chillies.😯 Packed dosas or home delivered dosas which get soft, bent or steam wetare a big spoiler.😥 Dosas should beeaten straight from the stove to the plate.. crisp and hot.😋 And the most important ✔️ Eat it in style from the sides moving slowly to the centre where thepotato masala is waiting.. Do not jump into the centre like Narasimhatearing the belly of Hiranyakashipu .😡😡 Dosas are to be eaten decently not with two hands or brutally tearinginto the middle of the elegant dosa.😠 Oh my masala dosa…So much for making and eating eating you right. Q2 What are your current food experiences in Indian railways? A2 ShaunakBhattachharje 2-4-2021 Salesforce DevOpsEngineer at Copado (2020–present) I usually don’t get to travel by train much. I think the last trainjourney I had was in January 2017. But this incident goes back to November 2015when I was travelling to Digha and instead of renting a car, we chose to travel by the DurontoExpress which ran between Kolkata and Digha. We had heard greatreviews of the food served on that train, so we too wanted to experience that, plus, two days at Digha would be a nice weekend getaway for all of us! As we boarded the train, we got ourselves a scented face wipe. The humidconditions in Kolkata really get intolerable, even in November so that wasreally needed! The train started at 11 Am I suppose and we were supposed toreach Digha at 4 PM, something like that. We weren’t expecting a breakfast butwe got ourselves some light breakfast you can say. To start with, we got a pouch of Frooti drink, roasted peanuts, vegetablepuff and a local sweet. After an hour or so, lunch was served on the train. I had experienced IRCTC mealsbefore and they are not suitable for human consumption. But this meal was somethingextraordinary compared to railway standards. We got pulao, a dish of paneer, vegetable curry and dal makhani. Besidesthat, there were rotis, one fruit and yoghurt for desserts! Oh, and after that, we got ice cream too. All these in a five-hour-long journey. With a full stomach, we deboarded at Digha, way ahead oftime and spent two days at ease, relaxing by the sea beach and had agreat weekend. Q3 What are some smart traveling hacks while traveling withIndian railways? A3 Krena Sasitharan February9, 2020 Lives in India Reach the station 15 minutes before time..Wait for the train near thepoint where the estimated coach name is written.. (for eg, B1).. Don't occupy the whole space provided for keeping the luggage.. If you'rehaving one seat, then occupy a small space for luggage.. You can keep thehandbag with yourself.. You can buy the “Rail neer” waterbottle.. It's always a must during travel.. Stay updated with the informationabout current station through the railway app.. While doing long distance travels, brushing and refreshing should be done at 5 am because atthat time only the washrooms are clean.. You can sleep after refreshingtoo!! Don't smoke inside the bathrooms.. It creates a suffocating atmospherefor the next user.. Flush the toilet after use.. It creates a healthy atmosphere for you andthe co-passengers.. Be kind with the workers..Don't order them.. Blankets and pillows should bewell checked before using.. They may contain insects sometimes! Use sanitizer or wash your hands frequently.. Don't be stuck with your phone for the whole day.. It creates headacheand makes us dull.. You'll lose the interest of travelling then.. Don't create grudges with elderpeople.. If they're asking for the lower berth, give it.. Avoid packed food during long distance travel.. Fresh food provided bythem is the best.. Keep checking your belongings time to time… In AC coaches, it's quite safe.. Once Rama did not see his subjects for four days and spent his time alone.Rama then summons Lakshmana to check if anyone was waiting to see him. Ramathen tells a story to Lakshmana about a king named Nriga who was cursed byBrahmanas to become a lizard. Two Brahmanas were having a quarrel over a cow,so they went to approach King Nriga.
