   In British Days taxpayers were only given the voting rights and
concessions. Even if the Govt can think tax collection is a very low
percentage to the public, and still cannot abolish because of constraints,
may increase the tribe of taxpayers to at least 60% by giving concessions
at banks, public and other conventional facilities, so that the impetus
