Very interesting! Pranam. there is a term AGREE TO DISAGREE. 11 JUDGES ON
A BENCH. THERE IS A FIRE ON THE TOP OF THE HILL. Smoke is out. It is not
snowing. all the 11 judges decide that there is a fire (this is an example
set by Adi Sankara and 99.99% I only quote rightly since I am ashamed of my
knowledge lest it shall be accepted). Now physics says that as true in
nature, as the cause of agni and effect of agni. There is a consensus. What
is the error there could be?. When the consensus is reached on external
analysis or loud thinking, in the best interests of the public, without any
self motivation, (judicially meaning is that ) there it is perfect.
However, when the 6 did that and the rest 5 who had the vested interests to
concur and selfish motive outside the law with the ambiguity, or was lazy
to act or was not interested but had to serve for the sake-there could be
left outs. That consensus is suspicious. Then it is politicas. Not the
judiciary. Today I mainly practiced. If religion can be chosen by the
individuals unmindful of the trade but conveniently flagged with the
provisions, then why should an individualistic attitude as a choice ,
differing in aspects, be in the constitution at all?. Why should it be in
the national survey? Why shall it be a fill up in all applications?. Why
would it call for the control of the Govt at all. Why shall there be
majority and minority in law?. Ways of the minds are stranger than the
fickle minds of the ladies. K R IRS 10421
