A2          Akshay April 6 Travelblogger

All Asuras worshipping Bhagwan Shiv (Maheshwara) in the form Shivlingambeacause
he is real God . He is god all 3 lokas (Trilokeshwara)

Sri vishnu along with lakshmi worshipping Maheshwara (Shiva) in the
formShivlingam.

We already know all Devas follow the path of vishnu and worship lordShiva
(Maheshwara) in the form of Shivlingam.

2ND ANSWER-B.LVenkatanarasimhan April 29

Hey! Actually this is not true!

Lord Vishnu is lying on his bed(Actually his bed is a large heavenly, spiritual
and celestial snake which is also a part of Lord Narayana himself)called
Adishesha and his consorts Lakshmi and Bhoodevi (Mother Earth orPadmavati) are
busy pressing his legs in his eternal, spiritual and blissfulLoka called
Vaikunta!

All the other Demigods(Devatas like Indra, Agni, Vayu, Varuna etc.) arebusy
doing their own works and enjoying in the Swarga Loka(Heaven).

Lord Shiva is doing Tapasya and his wife Parvati is worshipping him inthe form
of Lingam.

Lord Brahma is busy listening to the music played by Saraswati.

I am not degrading Lord Shivabut telling the actual fact that's all!

LordVishnu worships Lord Shiva and similarly Lord Shiva also worships Lord
Vishnu. Both are the Supreme Gods of thisuniverse.

They are just the two forms if the same Supreme Brahman.

Q3         Did Harappa & Mahejodarocivilization exist when Lord Krishna was
born on our Earth? If yes, then whydidn't Lord Krishna feel the necessity to
guide those civilizations also?

A3          Pradeep Kar 19h ago ProfessionalCareer Consultant, Educator.

Hindu mythology says that Arab countries existed at that time, so Ibelieve;
Harappa and Mahenjodaro civilization is somehow related to thatperiod.

Arab countries is linked to the fostering parents of Kalyavan who wantedto
fight a war with Krishna.

Krishna cleverly drove him into the cave where Rishi Muchukuda wasmeditating
and ultimately he was turned to ashes when Rishi opened his eyes inanger.

It gives some indication about the presence of other civilization andreligion
at that time.

I've just tried to analyse a little about Mahabharat. I beg apology ifI'm wrong
somewhere and it's totally unintentional.

Q4         Which one is Brahma Murtha, 5:00 am or 3:00am?

A4          Brijendra Shrivastava April 29 Member Gwalior Academy of
Mathematical Sciences.

First of alllet it be clear that Braahm Muhurta ब्राह्म मुहूर्त time is
NOTFIXED.(please note, it is called braahm and not brahm )

SecondlyBraahm Muhurta is measured from local sun rise of preceding day up to
and priorto next sunrise

Braahmamuhurta operates 50 ghati before incoming sunrise, its duration is 5
ghatis, therefor, and it lastsup to 55 ghatis prior to sun rise.

★It simply means it operates 10 ghatisbefore incoming sun rise ,Brahm Muhurta
will be operatve between four hourbefore incoming sunrise upto two hours before
sunrise as 2.5 ghatimakes 1 hr and 10 ghatiswill make 4 hour.

If sun rise is 6AM then Braahm Muhurta will be effective between 2 AM to 4 AM.

Let us seesome ghati and hour equivalence

1ghati= 60 vighati ghati= 24 minutes ◆2 ghati= 48 minutes, ◆half ofghati= 12
minutes

●2 and halfghati=1 hour or 60 minutes.

After BraahmMuhurta is over at 55 ghatis or 4 AM other segments of time starts
- it is equally interesting to knowthese all in sequence

Vishnu Puran says

Panch panchushah kalah, saptpanch arunodaya, asht panch bhavet prata statah
sooryoday smruta.

Important:in Indian reckoning of time, it is measured from previous day to next
sunrise.

Meaning ushakaal उषा काल begins at 55 (panch panch ) ghati before incoming
sunrise.

Arunodaya अरुणोदय begins at 57 (panch sapta) ghati beforesunrise.

Prataha kaalप्रातः काल begins at 58 (asht panch ) 58 ghatis before sunrise

Sooryodaybegins at 60 ghatis from previous day

Summming up, if sun rise is 6 am ,then

1 Braahm Muhurta is from 2 am to 4 am

2 Usha kaal is from 4 am to 4 .48 am

3 Arunodaya is from 4.48 am to 5.12 am

Pratah kaal is from 5.12 am to 6.00 am

Sooryodaya is at 6.00 am

So we canventure a Braahm Muhurta

Getup if we go to bed at 8pm and after sleeping for 6 hours getup at 2 am for
utilising Braahma Muhurta between 2 to 4 am. A challenging task indeed. Because
it is the timeof deep sleep for all creatures. That is why Lord Krashna says in
Geeta

या निशा सर्व भूतेषु जागृति तस्य संयमी, that which is night of all creatures, it
is the person who hascontrolled his senses, keeps awake in such night

Q5         What is the story of Lord Dakshinamurti?

A5          Pratish Samir Mashankar November 15,2018 Mythologist and Legend's
Orator at Vishwat (2015–present)

The story goes back to the marriage of Shiva andSati. After marriage, Rishi
Dadhichi had invited Shiva and Sati to hisaashram. When the duo were seated
there, amongst the many rishis, Shiva saw Rishi Atharva andasked him why he was
being uncomfortable/hesitant to speak with Shiva.

Rishi Atharva replied that he had composed a wonderful doctrine of Knowledge
and wished it get testified by a wise. And there can be no-one wiser than Shiva
himself. Shiva blessed Rishi Atharva and started testifying histhesis.

The doctrineconsisted of day to day things, material needs, health and
medicine. Shiva, after reading it, declared that the book was so necessary and
was so wellwritten that it shouldbe titled has the fourth Veda. (Earlier, there
were only three Vedas: Rig,Yajur and Sama)

Thougheveryone praised Atharva Veda; the four manas putras (mindborn sons) of
Brahma aka the Sanat Kumars (Sanak, Sanatan, Sanandan and SanatKumar) did not
agree to the fact that Shiva, ahermit, had the authority to instantiate the
fourth Veda amongst the onescreated by their Father.

They went to Prajapati Daksha (father of Sati)who asked them to have a
Shastraath (debate abiding to scriptures) with Shiva. The quad approached
Dadhichi's ashram andchallenged Shiva. Shivahappily agreed to it.

Dadhichiarranged the seating arrangement in such a way that Shiva’s seat was
facing north and Sanat Kumars’were facing south. It hurt the ego of the quad
whoargued that due to their immense knowledge they should have the respect
offacing north. Shiva agreed to that to, and sat facing south.

Everyoneappointed Devi Saraswati, the mother of the Vedas, as the judge to
decide theresult of the debate. And finally the big debate began. Whilethe
Sanat Kumars fired numerous Vedic verses, Shiva, the maha yogi, counteredeach
of them giving rational arguments backed by the initial three Vedas.

As the SanatKumars humbled, Saraswati declared Shiva as the winner.

Sanat Kumars were still confused with the factthat how could a fourth Veda
exist when already three were created by Brahmaand how could Rishi Atharva have
such immense knowledge.

To whichShiva replied that when Lord Matsya (an incarnation of Vishnu) was
pinning downthe demon Hayagreeva, one blow after another, to retrieve the Vedas
which hehad stolen from Brahma; afterspitting out three Vedas, Hayagreeva ran
to Shiva to beg for protection. Shivareplied that no one in this world can save
Hayagreeva from Vishnu but heblessed him that, upon his death at Vishnu's hands
he would be able to retainthe knowledge of the fourth Veda till his next Birth.

Atharvais none other than Demon Hayagreeva, reborn. Brahma has four heads,
sodefinitely there must've been four Vedas but the fourth one never reached
humans untilnow.

The Sanatkumars praised Shiva for his glory and begged his pardon for making
him sitfacing the southern direction. Thus, they instantiated him
asDakshinamurti (the lord facing the south)

MY NOTE- This legend about the Lord Dakshinamoorthy in detail  I am reading
firsttime.
