This article expresses the lower-middle-class-tendencies of anger over
the rich class. If one were to study many political richest leaders of
today who rose from the dust would have repeatedly said that to get into
power. KK when came fro Tituvarur in justice and went along with ANNA, was
speaking vociferously, against the rich and unguarded poor and poverty;
Garibi hatao people also did that; but within a short time when the power
came in with the 5 to 6 digits currencies and wealth, the old jargon, is
never heard thereafter. After all thi is a nation which swallows
benami-black-money holders into powers which is really illegal about which
the media does not write anything. Every honest in service can bring about
only a few orders and decisions, as legal jurisprudence protects the
uncivilised more than the other;(why in our groups also its happening; one
who has to be booted out is writing to boot others and that is Indians
wherever they are)).
However TAX AVOIDANCE IS LEGAL. Evasion when tolerated by the media
and public, why not the avoidance permitted by law?. there is a proverb,
ONE WHO HAS THICK AND LONG HAIR CAN DO ANY SHAPE OF HAIRDO; to avoid the
pot should be full; without it what is the use of decrying over others; tax
planning is permitted and law; it is evasion has to be proved by the one
who says so. And tax planning wealth is misused require evidences to prove;
for example, if the trust is distributing wealth or cash for the
undeserving, one who has knowledge and the receiver must be true to iform;
but if such a KERNANS and say SENCHOTRU KADAN and remain silent and still
blaming the dept and the Govt, EVIDENCES WILL NOT FALL FROM HEAVEN TO
CATCH.
Indians are generally hypocrite and greedy in large numbers and would
even sell their closeness for a few dollars more. And cooly would accuse
the Dharmars and Krishnas . This article did not bring in any evidence, but
fabricated a nest around the available tax data to fill pages as to crying
over a spilled milk. If I have a crore surplus and if I start a charity for
good it is avoidance. Why people donate ?; only for 80G. Paying the tax is
tough to every one; but planning to reduce the tax is legal; enuring the
benefits indirectly require evidences which people around only can provide
if they were honest; and blaming some one is not greater while thinking
