I agree with you. How ever today I saw a news item, where the Kerala High court had directed the Kerala CM and Govt to return back the Rs 10 lakhs cash taken from Guruvayur temple to help outsiders ; it said that the owner of the fund is Guruvayur Krishnan; and except HIM no one has the authority to spend other than the executives of the temples.
