Pranam நின்று கொல்லும்: திருக்கோவில் சீரமைப்பு தொடர்பான பல விஷயங்கள் கேள்விப்படுகிறேன்! சில உண்மையாக இருக்க வாய்ப்புண்டு!
பிராமணர்கள் பூச்சிகள் என்பதால் என் கருத்தில் அவர்கள் பக்கம் தோல்வியே கிடைக்கும் என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை! எது எப்படி இருந்தாலும் பல அர்ச்சகர்கள் கோவிலில் உள்ள சிலையை தெய்வமாகத்தான் தொழுகின்றனர்! அப்படி அவர்கள் செய்கின்ற பூஜை உண்மையாக இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் தெய்வம் கண்டிப்பாக பதில் சொல்லியே ஆக வேண்டும்! இது தொடர்பாக ஒரு சம்பவத்தை சொல்கிறேன்! மறைந்த என் தகப்பனார் ஒரு அர்ச்சகர். சுமார் ஐம்பதாண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாகக் கைங்கரியம் செய்தவர். மேற்படி சம்பவம் நடந்து ஒரு ஐம்பது ஆண்டுகள் இருக்கலாம்! அப்போது அவர் இரண்டு கிராமக் கோவில்களில் அர்ச்சகராக இருந்தார்! சம்பளம் என்றெல்லாம் பெரிதாக இல்லை! ஒவ்வொரு கோவிலுக்கும் முப்பது ரூபாயும், நான்கு கலம் நெல்லும் இருக்கும்! இதை வைத்துதான் ஆறேழு பேர் உள்ள குடும்பம் சாப்பிட வேண்டும்! கோவிலுக்கு என்று ஒரு ஈஓ இருப்பார்! இவர் பணி செய்த கோவில்களையும் சேர்த்து ஒரு ஏழெட்டு கோவில்களுக்கு ஒரே ஈஓ இருந்தார்! சும்மா சொல்லக் கூடாது! ஒரு குறுநில மன்னர் அவர்! அவரிடம் சம்பளம் வாங்க தொங்கோ தொங்கு என்று தொங்க வேண்டும்! அவ்வளவு அலைக்கழிப்பார்! அத்தனை சுலபத்தில் கொடுத்து விட மாட்டார்! ஒரு முறை கடும் பஞ்ச நிலவரம்! ஈஓ ஆறு மாதங்களாக சம்பளம் தரவில்லை! இவரும் வாரமொரு முறை இருபது கிலோமீட்டர் சைக்கிளை மிதித்துக் கொண்டு அவரிருக்கும் ஊருக்கு சென்று கேட்டுப் பார்க்கிறார்! ஐயா மனம் வைக்கவில்லை! பல நேரங்களில் ஈஓ கண்களிலேயே தென்பட மாட்டார்! அவருடைய கணக்குப் பிள்ளையே (அவரே ஒரு குறுநில மன்னர் போல் தான்) பதில் சொல்லி அனுப்புவார்! அன்றைக்கு வீட்டின் சூழல் அடுத்த நாள் சமைக்க மணியரிசி கூட இல்லை என்பது! இவரும் நொந்து போன நிலையில் ஈஓ வை சந்தித்து கேட்க சென்றார்! ஈஓ வீட்டுக்கு சென்ற பொழுது இவர் வாசலில் நடந்த நேரம் ஈஓ கணக்குப் பிள்ளையோடு வீட்டின் முற்றத்தை கிராஸ் செய்து கொண்டு செல்வதைக் கண்டு விட்டார்! கணக்கும் இவரைப் பார்த்து விட்டார்! இவர் திண்ணையில் உட்கார நைசாக வெளியே வந்த கணக்கு இவரிடம் கண்டு என்ன வேண்டும் எனக் கேட்க சம்பளம் என்றார்! ஈஓ இப்ப வீட்ல இல்லை வந்தவுடன் சொல்றேன் போங்க என்றார் கணக்கு! அவ்வளவுதான் ஆவேசம் வந்து விட்டது தந்தைக்கு! " உன் ஈஓ வீட்டுக்குள் நடந்து போனதை இப்பதான் பார்த்தேன்! ஆனா ஒண்ணு சொல்றேன்! இதை ஊரின் பிரிட்ஜில் உன் ஈஓ காரில் சிலருடன் போவார்! ஆக்ஸிடண்ட் ஆகும்! எல்லாரும் பொழைச்சுப்பான் உன் ஈஓ மட்டும் சாவான்" என்று சொல்லி விட்டு வீடு வந்து விட்டார்! பின் என் அம்மா கடன் வாங்கி வந்த அரிசியால் ஒரு வாரம் ஓடியது! திடீரென்று வீட்டு வாசலில் கணக்குப் பிள்ளை நிற்கவும் என் தகப்பனார் வெளியே வர கணக்கு அவர் கையில் ஆறு மாத சம்பளத்தையும் தந்தார்! நெல் மூட்டையை வண்டியில் அனுப்பி விடறேன் என்றும் சொன்னார்! என் தந்தை குழம்பிப் போய் என்ன ஆயிற்று திடீரென்று என கேட்க கணக்கு கண் கலங்கிப் போய் சொன்னார்: "ஐயா எந்த நேரம் நீங்க சொன்னீங்களோ தெரியலை முந்தா நாள் ஈஓ காரில் அதே பாலத்தில் போன பொழுது ஆக்ஸிடண்ட் ஆகி விட்டது! டிரைவர் உட்பட மீதிப் பேர் பிழைத்து விட்டார்கள்! ஈஓ மட்டும் போயிட்டார்! இனி உங்களுக்கு சம்பளம் நானே மாத மாதம் கேட்டு வாங்கிக் கொடுத்துடறேன்" என்று சொல்லிப் போய் விட்டார்! அதனால்தான் சொல்கிறேன்! இறைவனை பூசிக்கும் அர்ச்சகர்களுக்கு துன்பம் என்று நேர்ந்தால் இன்று நம்மால் எதுவும் செய்ய இயலாது! ஆனால் அவர்கள் செய்த பூசனை உண்மையாக இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் தெய்வம் கண்டிப்பாக கேட்கும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை என்றும் எனக்கு இருக்கிறது! படித்தது பகிர்கிறேன் கிருஷ்ணதாஸ் வெங்கடேஸ்வரன் பாண்டிச்சேரி hear so many things related to the renovation of the temple!
