I approve. Start a petition please. In 1972, when GC persons applied for a seat in B Ed course in Bihar Govt Teachers Training College at Ranchi, only 20 per cent of the seats were available for general category candidate; that too without any scholarship benefits. Of the reserved seats only 3 % were for dependents of defence forces who were killed in action, rest were  for Minorities, SC, ST and OBCs.
