1 Middle class: Are there middle class still?. Cars and bikes are used by a carpenter, a clerk and the Manager; if so who is the middle class?. Maybe the honest ones ate the middle class who may not have all said in the list above. 2 Eat with hands: The West eats with spoons or forks made of silver or sticks. The winter climate would make their hands chill and washing hands is a problem. Also food they take is either hard meat cooked or the spiral noodles. So they need the spoons. But ours is a hot climate and washing hands in hot weather keeps the body temp normal. Fingers, Palm and the tongue are made of soft tissues. Cooked food is so soft. The pallot tastes but the feeding in various quantities, exhibits the appeasing hunger in a hand style. Metal and wood had to be steamed for purity; but the hand is enough if washed. Once we touch our food with our hands, the brain signals our stomach that we are ready to eat. This helps the stomach in getting ready to prepare itself for the food, thus improving digestion. Eating with your hands calls for your attention. This practice, often known as mindful eating, is said to be healthier than eating with spoons.
