1 Why Roger Frintleman did not answer the reason that some were blown but
not all refrigerators, in similar conditions?. Then it is the fluctuations
of the voltage?.
2 Rain and lightning is a stupid question; Thuinder and lightning is the
connectivity; and rain cannot occur without the charged particles moving
around and change of status as water; so when there is a movement there
will be a lightening and reflective thunders; and many atimes, the lighning
may not be perceived by us as "There are three common types of
lightning: *cloud
to ground, cloud to cloud and cloud to air*. Cloud to ground lightning is
the most dangerous. The ground consists mainly of positively charged
particles while the bottom of violent storm clouds have negative charged
particles.". Therefore the mechanism of electricity, the cause of Rain must
have all the factors where many are invisible.
3 Twins means old one and continuous new one like secunderabad and
Hyderabad; Bangalore and Mysore were two different places and not carved
out of the older one.
4 Why Brazil? Even India has hunger. Why hunger ? Because they do not
have money to buy;. Is there not a proverb?. ARELLAM PALAY ODINALUM,
NAYKKU NAKKITHAN KUDIKKA MUDIYUM: even if the river is full of milk, dog
can only slap. So land, production, distribution, sales etc are the cause
of hunger.
7 Construction of a road? Why Engineers at all?. All those who had taken
up the road laying contract are not even school goers. So big thinking
without a purpose.
8 Why omit Kirthi Suresh?.
9 Bread is not only bad food for swans but also for humans.
11 As usual, repeat.
12 Every person has a unique communication style, a way in which they
interact and exchange information with others. There are four basic
communication styles: *passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive and
assertive*. It's important to understand each communication style, and why
individuals use them. A basic communication model consists of five
components: *the sender and receiver, the medium, contextual factors, the
message, and feedback*.

   1. Being able to listen to others is imperative in the communication
process. This means not only listening with your ears but also being able
to comprehend what the person is saying. Giving co-workers your full
attention when they are conveying an idea can go a long way in building
   relationships and furthering progress.
   2. Having empathy is very useful in communication. Empathy involves
seeing things from the point of view of others. Put yourself in the other
person’s position instead of being judgmental or biased by your own
beliefs. While this may be difficult for some, empathizing with others can
be very helpful to keep in tune with your own emotions and ideas.
   3. Encouraging others will heighten morale and appreciation in the
workplace. By praising and offering words of encouragement, you help others
feel they are wanted, welcomed and respected by co-workers. People are much
more likely to put forth their best effort if they know they are valued.
   4. While many of these good communication skills occur naturally in
individuals, some may need to be learned and practiced in order to become
   second nature.
   5. Therefore it is rather mutual expressions of exchange where the
understanding the subject between the mediums are essential rather than the
words used being simple or otherwise; A Rose is a Rose is a Rose can be
understood being a simple sentence as to mean it is a Rose; on the
contrary, it may also mean, that Rose presented in any forms and different
shapes are still basically Roses; so it is the absorption that matters more
for which the background knowledge must be acquired from the questioning
   and the analysis.
