Because Saudi Arabia is DESERT.Not just a little bit of if, but an ungodly
HUGE, HUGE AMOUNT of it is justsand dunes. Total desert, that you can get lost
in a car and never come out -it is just THAT HUGE.

Seriously, you don’t mess with it- it is a nightmare to the uninitiated and

but it is safer with 5 or so.That way you can leave a stricken truck in the
desert if you have to, and tryto make it out.

Q6         Is Karnataka rich because of Bengaluru?

A6         Titus D'silva Lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Sat

Let us verify if Karnataka isrich.

The GDP per capita of Spain: $27,057.2

The GDP per capita of Karnataka: $3,300

As can be seen, Spain’s percapita GDP is about nine times that of Karnataka.
Everyone can agree that Spainis a rich and advanced country although not to a
ridiculous extent like Germanyor America. Yet it produces more GDP than all
five gigantic South Indian statesput together.

India is not a prosperous country. Karnataka too isn't aprosperous state.

To become a rich state Karnatakashould focus on the following areas:

Physical infrastructuredevelopment.

Women's education, empowermentand employment.

Construction of many citiesthroughout the state.

Diversification beyond Biotechnologyand IT.

Assemble a team of economicexperts to chart out strategies to increase GDP
growth rate.

Implement solutions that workedin adjoining states or successful countries.

limited to Kerala. How did this &other differing practices came with Navaratri
across India?

A7         Rami Sivan Hindu Priest, Yoga-Vedanta teacher, registerednurse. Sat

Vijaya Dasami was originally theannual festival of Kshatriyas. On this day they
would clean, polish and sharpentheir weapons and then make offerings to them as
an act of gratitude for theirusage.

As the festival became moregenerally adopted other professions started
worshipping their machines, equipment and implements on this day. So farmers
would worship their farmingimplements and equipment, students would honour
their books and pens andnowadays computers and iPads, merchants would pay their
respects to their tillsetc. etc. etc.

As Hindus we pay our respect andexpress gratitude for everything in our lives -
animate and inanimate.

Q8         What brand names have become synonymouswith the
activity/functionality/object they are famous for in India?

A8         Divya Sharma Lives in India (1994–present)Sun

All of us are quite familiar withthis ingredient used in Chinese cuisine:

This is called Ajinomoto.

However, as a matter of fact,AJI-NO-MOTO ("essence of taste") is the trade name
for the company'soriginal monosodium glutamate (MSG) product, the first of its
kind, since 1909.

So, in effect, MSG is the truename for the product.

If you wish to know if a productcontains Ajinomoto or not, don’t look for
“Ajinomoto” in the ingredient list.

Q9         What are common scams in India?

 “The Hair Salon Scam/Trap/BusinessStrategy/Upselling”

So,your hairs have become longand shabby. You decided to have a haircut. You
went to the nearby salon/parlour.During haircut the hair dresser/barber said
sir,I think you are having problemof hairfall and graying of hairs. Like 80%
men in country you are alsosuffering from same.Hence you said yes.

The very next moment thebarber/hair dresser will say sir,we will do shampoo of
your hair and someprotein(keratin) treatment. It works like magic. You decided
to give atry. After shampoo or keratin treatment he will say,sir if you don't
mind wehave a combo offer in which we are doing shaving for 50% off after
keratin treatment. You become interested and shaving is also done.

So,you went for hair cut which would roughly cost Rs50-Rs 300 depending upon
salon but end up paying Rs 500-Rs 1500.

This type of scam or rathertrap/business strategy/upselling you would have
definitely come across.

Girls fall in this trap moreeasily as they are relatively more conscious about
their looks. So,they go forhair cut but end up doing facial, shampoo and what
not. It seem like the staffsare also trained that you have to say slight
negative about the face, skin ofcustomer due to which they develop an urge to do
various things.

Its very common in parlour thatthey say that mam, your skin looks dull, your
hair has lost lustre, you have somany acne on the face and what not. And easily
people fall in their trap andend up doing the “extra” things for which they had
not gone to the parlour.

A11       Aashi Bansal Lives in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India(2003–present)Oct

So being from Ujjain I would liketo write about the mystery which I have
witnessed since my childhood..

Ujjain (Mahakal nagri) is a cityfilled with temples and one of such famous
temple is KAAL BHAIRAV temple.. Itis one of the most active temple in ujjain
visited by hundred of devotees ondaily basis.

And the interesting thing about this temple is that hereGod is offered liquor
(alcohol, wines). It may sound unbelievable but itis true.. Just out of temple
you can find many shops selling alcohol just likeother shops selling puja
material.

You give your liquor bottle alongwith your puja material to the priest and they
pour it on a plate take it near the mouth of idol andafter few seconds it is
finished and empty..

It has been mystery from a verylong time where the alcohol gulped by idol goes
.. No one knows where thousandsof bottle liquor dissolved even after being
researched about it for manytimes...

Believers say that Lord bhairava has miraculous power toswallow the alcohol
offered by devotees while science may not agree...

I have witnessed it with my eyesmany times.. So to believe it if you ever come
to ujjain you should definitelyvisit there and the temple is amazing...

And now I know why people ask forupvote since it take effort and time to write
something 😂
