Pranam

THURIUM

1 Day dream; do not pluck; happiness solves the problem; then, if all
were to be living in the midst of green environment, dreaming and feeling
happy because they are in problems and the solution they get out of
daydreaming getting into happiness, THEN the life is zombie which no wife
and children shall entertain at 20 to 60.

2 Many advertisements today in the media ask everyone to dream first to
achieve; BYJU demands success in the dreams of a candidate. TV serials
often use dialogue, it's my GOAL even in the dream. And all these started
when the great Abdul kalam asked everyone to dream to achieve.

3 Dream is to upset one from not doing any action and to awaken the
person to act coming out of the dream. Uthishta jagratha, Katopanishad
demands that in dream you are not alive, so wake up to ACT. In Hindu
philosophy <https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Hindu_philosophy>, *turiya* (
Sanskrit <https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Sanskrit_language>: तुरीय, meaning
"the fourth") or *chaturiya, chaturtha*, is pure consciousness
<https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Consciousness>. Turiya is the background that
underlies and pervades the three common states of consciousness. The three
common states of consciousness are: waking state, (Jagratha) dreaming
state ( Swapna) , and dreamless deep sleep (susupti) { Mandukya
upanishad}. Chapters 8.7 through 8.12 of Chandogya Upanishad
<https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Chandogya_Upanishad> discuss the "four states
of consciousness" as awake, dream-filled sleep, deep sleep, and beyond deep
sleep. Similarly, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, in chapter 5.14.3 discusses
Turiya state, as does Maitri Upanishad in sections 6.19 and 7.11. Verse VII
of the Mandukya Upanishad describes Turiya: “Not inwardly cognitive, nor
outwardly cognitive, not both-wise cognitive, not a cognition-mass, not
cognitive, not non-cognitive, unseen, with which there can be no dealing,
ungraspable, having no distinctive mark, non-thinkable, that cannot be
designated, the essence of assurance, of which is the state of *being one
with the Self*.” Humans live in between the state of the jagratha and
Swapna where the escapism mechanism functions while dreaming and fear
clutches once awake. In the dream the human does not exist; and in the
awakening, the human quality does not exist. So dreaming is good if only it
allows the mind to act and react. In dreams one feels the happiness that
did not exist in the reality; and in the awakening state, one does not feel
the happiness; in short, happiness is chasing the crooked shadow, still all
wants to be REALLY HAPPY. And that happiness is permanent in the Turiam
state where *it is permanent. *

Daydream is a thought process where awareness does exist. Where
such a dream creates an impact in the self-analysis that need the services
in general without ego and selfishness, the journey towards bliss had just
started. SUSUPTI helps to take one to the final plane of the Turiam.

DO NOT PLUCK THE FLOWER is an old Tamil movie as well as a song by
Deva the music director. Suppose the situation does exist that all stay-put
without plucking any greenery, enjoying the nature, then what happens?
Balance of the ecosystem is lost. Punrapi jananam and the punarapi maranam
is also an ECOsystem only, where even flowers if unplucked, would fall down
the same day without any use and that trampled fallen flowers are not
greener sight and would be shabbier than the observance while on the trees.
If all the fish survive, all becoming vegetarian, there would be fish
swimming inside into mans’ place for the space and the survival; or maybe
the human on account of death due to unplucking anything, enjoying nature,
may turn a food to fish. Balance of ECOsystem is a thoughtful process of
nature. So plucking for Puja is a shade better than the non-plucking. On
the contrary, respecting nature is plucking and allowing the space for
nature to grow. KR IRS 111121
