A doubt in the mind arises when one cannot find the exact relevant reason; and those who knew the reason, when withholding either as a diplomacy or as an attitude uncare for the society or doldrum, then the doubt raises its head as truth trying to infer the truth. If there is vested interest, then it becomes a commercialism. If it is an inquiry, then one runs after for the solution. Not getting the solution increases the fear.
