The enhancement of controlled pension and additional pensions are in
the rules and being disbursed; as a matter of fact all these litications
had arisen because of the ignorance of the Pension dept and their careless
attitude to properly implement it; as a matter of fact, commuted pension is
releasable by a ca;culation after the 15th year and thereafter by standard
years of 5 and revisdable at 80 and 90 ,passed onto the family pension to
the spouse. Unless we remind them , in spite of the regulations that senior
citizen pensioners shall not be put to any uncomfortability, The ZAO sleeps
over the matter; and many unaware do not claim it also; and the Great A Gs
office whose seeds are ZAO, sdo not raise the objections in their audit
too. Being instruction as per the G O the depts words are slightly varied,
constituting the litigations. I have to claim my commutation and now
fighting for the orders in writing to verify which is being postponed and
dilly dallying by the Pension Bank who has the vicarious liability of the
