Body shame is a crime. But it has the distinction ,in the sense , those who
are unconcerned about it shall not call by that and it shall be made a
crime; but those who are concerned with, had to utter in a decent way to
mould them. We spend so much money on dresses, Make-up tools, Ornaments and
other products to present ourselves, projectible. If so, keeping fit is
also a vital thing. Ouvayar said, UNDICH CHURUNGUDAL PENDIRKKU AZHAGU,
MEANING controlled diet, is good for women to look in shape. If women who
are generally shorter than men, eat uncontrollably due to anxiety and
greed, she tends to grow across which is uncouthhe from the fitness point
of view. Today women in majority is such.  A couple of days back an article
