Q1                What are thebenefits of eating carrot?

A1                LuciaGarcia Worked at Hospitals Sun

Carrots are one of the most nutritious vegetables. At thesame time, carrots are
also a good weight-loss vegetable. Regularconsumption of carrots can also
assist in weight loss.

Carrots contain up to 8.5% ofinsoluble dietary fiber, of which cellulose
content is 2.9%, hemicellulosecontent is 1.7%, and lignin content is 3.9%.

Insoluble dietary fiber can promotegastrointestinal motility, speed up
metabolism, reduce fat absorption, andeliminate toxins and garbage.

After insoluble dietary fiberenters the gastrointestinal tract, it swells when
combined with water, which can increasesatiety and reduce the intake of other
foods.

In addition, carrots are rich incarotene, 100 grams of carrots contain 3.95 mg
of β-carotene and 3.49 mg ofα-carotene.

Aftercarotene enters the body, it can be converted into vitamin A by the liver
andsmall intestine. Vitamin A can protect eyesight, prevent vision loss,
andassist in the treatment of various eye diseases.

Vitamin A can also regulate themetabolism of the epidermis and stratum corneum,
reduce seborrhea, and increasethe elasticity and toughness of the skin.

At the same time, carrots contain avariety of nutrients necessary for the body,
such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamin A, vitamin B, pectin, amino
acids, anthocyanins, and mineralssuch as calcium, phosphorus, and iron.

A2                PathakKorak, Freelance Expert-Electrical Answered Sep 26, 2020

Unable to comprehend this unusualrequirements . Please take permission of the
authorities….they may have giventhe guidelines.

However, Technical needs….I recommend the followings:

Guard Mesh below the Lines..allalong the spans.

Minimum Clearances…required for theVoltage Level.

No Joints or Non-corrosive Jointsin the spans.

No person should go to the roofwithout switching off the supply.

My note- Telephone  wires are nottaken parallel to  the HT wires due
toinduction current if  carried with incertain distance. Instead cables are
laid. It is most risky to have homes closeto HT lines

Q5                Why do we eatthree times a day and not two times in a day?

A5      AliceTwain Eating and cooking for 40 years.Thu

Because you are used to do so,  and because of the industrial revolution.
Before the industrialization peopleate anywhere between two and five meals per
day.

For instance in Emilia Romagna my ancestors had five mealsa day: a very light
sweet breakfast at around 5 am, then they tended to theanimals, then a heartier
savory breakfast at 8 am before going on the fields, lunch on the fields at
around half past noon or 1 pm, then a short rest underthe trees to avoid the
hottest hours of the day, a light mid-afternoon meal, and finally donner after
the sunset.

In the south the hotter weatherforced people to have a different scedule.
People walked to the fields after alight breakfast at 4 am so that they could
start working as soon as there wasenough light. Before the heat became
unbearable they went back home, ate lunch, and slept a few hours. At 3–4 pm they
went back to the fields after a snack andworked until there was enough light,
then went back home for a hearty dinner at9 or 10 pm.

Q6                What is thesignificance of Bheemshila behind the Kedarnath
Temple?

A6                BhagwanShiva Mahadeva Answered by Yash Mishra Updated Fri

BheemShila is a massive rock which currently rests just behind theKedarnath
Jyotirling Temple.

This big rock which is behind thetemple is called Bheem Shila or Hanuman Shila.

When the flood occurred in 2013 , it vanished almost everythingwhich came in
its path. The flood started from a lake located on a hill behindthe temple , it
damaged more than 450 places. Almost every building andstructure was earthed
(except this temple). Because this massive rock came rolling from behind hill
andthen it stopped just near the temple to protect the temple from water
anddebris coming from behind , hence protecting the temple.

(if it would haven’t stopped, itwould have destroyed the temple).

It is because of this rock thatKedranath Jyotirling Temple remain unaffected of
the flood and still standstoday as before. Hence this rock got the name of
Bhimshila or HanumanShila(meaning- Stone of Hanuman/Bhim).

AlmightyShiva send this rock to protect the temple (and the devoteesinside it),
by doing so , he again proved his powers to the skeptics.

Q8                How's life aftergetting a government job in India? How does
life and its aspects get changed?

A8                PankajPrasad Assistant Manager at National Fertilizers
Limited (2016–present)Sat

Governmentjob is a dream of most of the Indians and I am lucky to have one.

I am currently working as AssistantManager in National Fertilizers Limited,
Bathinda Unit for the last five years.

Technically many won't say that itis a typical government job like
administrative jobs, but it comes with its ownbenefits and it is a government
job because government decides the pay andperks of the employee.

The journey to this job is not as easy as it might seem, because I come froman
NIT. But the journey has been quite full of ups and downs.

I got a government job aftercracking the GATE exam in 2015, the same year I
passed out from college. Afterworking in Larsen & Toubro for almost 11 months,
I joined thisnot-so-popular government company.

So, coming to the question

How’slife after getting a government job in India?

After losing my father to liverfailure in 2013, I was the one who was supposed
to be the ‘man-of-the-family’

I have worked in a private firm.Things were quite hectic there and with limited
facility for the family of theemployee. I have got a 2BHK company-provided
accommodation for me and my familyat a low maintenance fee of just 310 rupees
in this government job.

My mother started living with mefrom the very next month I got the
accommodation and we have to finally a houseas earlier we used to live in a
rented apartment and after my father’s death,my mother and younger brother
shifted to nanaji’s house.

Things became quite easy for me. Igot an easy loan for my brother's education
loan, and I got credit cards easilybased on my salary.

My friends started considering mesuccessful and finally, a ray of hope emerged
that things are getting sortedout in my life.

The government job gives quite a decent number of marriage proposals
onmatrimonial sites and in real life. The real challenge begins when you
don’twant to get married too soon.

I got this job at the age of22years and people started pestering me for getting
married a little after 23years. Just imagine. Now I am 29. Still not married.
Now they don’t ask me to get married. They aretired.

But to be honest, I don't like mygovernment job and soon I will resign from it.

After six years of PSU jobs, I havesaved a few. I wish to take a sabbatical for
better job and explore many thingsin life which I couldn't explore earlier.

This year I started exploringplaces. This is a snap from my latest trip from
Kasol during rainy season.

But I have one request, governmentor private or entrepreneurship, we need to
explore life and enjoy life.

In this room full of people lookingfor jobs, then better jobs, we forget that
“Better job is a myth.”

Q9                What happens if Iconnect two phase wires to both terminals of
a 2Kw heating element?

A9                BijileshP, B Tech Electrical Engineering, Kannur University
(2012)Answered Apr 23, 2017

Well it's not mandatory to have aneutral always. We justneed a potential
difference between two terminals, any device would work.

A three phase power supply usualyconsists of 4 cables, 3 phases and one
neutral. You can connect a load between phase and neutralor between two
different phases.

In india we have the standardsupply of 230 volts, 50 Hz. Actually this 230 is
the voltage between any onephase and neutral. Total load of the building will
be almost equallydistributed to all three phases.

In case if you connect two phases the voltage is going to be 440 insteadof 230.
If your device is capable of withstanding such high volvoltage then itwill work.

Here you just mentioned the powerrating of the heater, so I cannot comment on
the voltage part.

Q10             What are someexamples of evolution fails?

A10              ClaireJordan Degree in biology and folklore; programmer, shop
owner, secretary onnewspaper17h

The most common one is when aspecies becomes dependent on a particular food
source or vector, and then can’tadapt fast enough to survive when the food
source or vector goes away.Evolution has no goal or foresight - it can only
adapt a species to what willbe advantageous to the current generation, even if
it’s a blind alley.

For example, there’s a guy who decided to recreate a lostcloud forest in
Central America, but he found that a particular species of treethat he needed
was dying out. What he discovered was that in orderto germinate, the seeds
ofthis tree needed to pass through the gut of a ground sloth. Groundsloths went
extinct many centuries ago, so only very old trees were left andthey were
unable to produce saplings. But being human, and having foresight, he solved
the problem byimporting hardy forest ponies from Europe, who had similar tastes
to the groundsloths and were able to eat and germinate the seeds.

Q11             Do the Japanese alsouse paracetamol for pain relief?

A11              GyanGuru – Info Space Sangram Sagar Dec 1

The answer is NO. Paracetamol is effective. Paracetamol is wellknown.
Paracetamol is a medicine for a million people.

If a pharmacy student is asked toexplain drugs during a pharmacist exam, they
must take paracetamol as anexample.

Howcould such a powerful drug be so rarely used in Japan? So, what do they use
ifthey have a headache or have a fever?

They take Loxonin or Roxonin. Thesecond name is actually not official because
Japanese people can't spell L, soR came out.

What'sin it? Loxoprofen.

Is this still related to ibuprofen, ketoprofen, etc.? Right. The difference is,
loxoprofen does not exist inIndonesia, only in certain countries such as Japan,
Brazil, Mexico, India, andThailand. Anyway, this product is made by a local
Japanese company, the activecompounds are also designed and synthesized there.

Isloxoprofen more effective than paracetamol? Right. My sensei said paracetamol
was still below hislevel. When a student is sick, and they are called, the
medicine is paracetamolbrought from Indonesia, they are immediately ordered to
change to Loxonin.

Whydon't they want to take paracetamol?

Maybe they are worried about thepotential dangers of paracetamol, so
paracetamol is only available in specialpreparations such as suppositories for
babies with fever. As we know, theparacetamol metabolite named NAPQI is very
reactive and is toxic to the liver,if overdosed.

So, with the proper use of theNSAID loxoprofen, for example, after eating, this
makes the liver morecomfortable and does not worry about the liver being
affected.

Q12             How do LondonUnderground trains turn around when they reach the
end of the line?

A12              NicholasStone Lives in London (1993–present)Nov 30

LondonUnderground trains can be driven from either end. There’s no need to
physicallyturn them around like a road motor vehicle.

There are three different ways thatLondon Underground trains turn around when
they are each either the end of theline or the final stop of their journey.
Most London Underground lines have twotracks - one for each direction. As with
UK road traffic, trains generallycirculate on the left hand tracks.

Atmost terminus stations, approach tracks are configured accordingly. This
allowstrains to depart from any station platform, then use a junction outside
thestation which guides the train onto the correct set of tracks fortheir
journey.

At Heathrow Terminal 5 terminalstation, there’s a junction beyond the terminus
which is not in passenger use. After all passengers alight, the train then runs
empty stock to the junction. The drivers walks to the other end of the train
where it now travels in theother direction arriving on the other platform for
waiting passengers. Thismeans there’s one platform for alighting passengers and
another for departingpassengers.

At Kennington station, a novelballoon loop is used. After all passengers
alight, the train runs empty stockaround the balloon loop line to the other
platform for waiting passengers. There’s no reversal and the driver does not
change ends.
