*Recently a very close relative of ours, a woman, a PhD in Engineering with her own firm employing more than a thousand employees, lost her sight due the Diabetic Retinopathy. She lost her seeing because of Retinal hemorrhage. Instead of thinking that she has met with a misfortune, she has taken it as a wonderful and tremendous opportunity.* *She now has taken to actually managing by perceiving and sensing. Besides PhD in Engineering, she holds the Degree of MBA also. She is happy because she thinks that actually she will be able to harness more than 99% of the electromagnetic spectrum or the invisible spectrum. I told her that the visible spectrum actually hinders by interrupting and decisions are based on handling uncertainties, the domain mainly of the invisible spectrum of feelings.* *Now every day she has started going to a collection of trees called park, the nature left unmurdered in the city, but shackled by green washing. She wants to breathe, smell and sense and thus converse with nature. She is getting idea flashes, when she is going to bed at night.* *If she succeeds, she will be able to save nature from the business sharks, the Real Estate Mafia, that is now vandalizing by creating the destruction called urbanization.* *If the Robber Mafia, projecting themselves as great reformers, and destroying nature are to be at least hindered, then this new concept of management by feeling the thick and free nature, to get idea flashes from nature, may at least delay our fall into the abyss. As it is the poisoning of land, water and air, and the outright destruction of nature, has taken to maniacal proportions, and the maniacs of greed, have taken to political power capture.
