have been under nourished on the economic front.
If so, UP and BIHAR is justified in obtaining more Central support
by way of higher than normal allocation of funds!?
Why does the DMK then make a hue and cry that Modi is partial
towards these States!?
What is justified in Caste based reservation for people, can be extended
to
State based reservation in allocating State Funds!

Even that stat is erroneous as even according to DMK TN is only the 11th
state; so DMK can share the credits and debits from congress and ADMK for
the malais laid down on this state. My friend is one of the top official of
the vast international branched bank but he could not become a minister in
TN so fast as thiagarajan; how?; his father and Madurai Meenakshi temple
episodes are world famous and yet he could catch the power so soon; how?;
His stat let him down badly. a vainglorious attempt to support the party
article; thiagarajan was not known when he was in that bank but suddenly
because Stalin does not know much, as Sujatha to Kamal Hassan, he became
and floundered fast. There are learned IAS and top bureaucrats in this
