Problem of will where written unambiguously there is no problem; filing a
case in courts of villainy nature where the will is clear; so wi8ll is as
safe as anything; nomination is also conditional legally. While writing the
will the problem can arise only if the character of the will writer is
dubious or the money stacked in is in a dubious way; even where the will is
clear disputes may not yield any result; ancestral property HUF might lead
to problems if the kartha and members can be disputed. Other than this, it
will pave the right way. Clear mind ,if written in own hand education etc
alone can be raised to doubt the format of the will KR IRS 14222
