Q But what happens when lies become a dignified science? I mean
economics. There is a very simple question for which I have not been able
to find an answer even after reading more than ten books. When every firm
tries to reduce costs, and when the basic fact is that your cost is my
income, will not cost reduction lead to income reduction and from there to
market reduction? If markets are lost, will firms not crash?

Thus lies after all is not so dangerous. Economics is a science
subjected to certain mathematical formulae. Science do not lie though may
not know the absolute truth. Thus science is a factor embedded with the
facts true. Economics follow many paths of the mathematics. There are
direct as well as inverse proportion. Limited stock; limited timing
flow-in; consistent price; everlasting as long as the rate of flow is
constant. Consistency is against the nature, so economics is a variable
factor. Products inflow in large quantity reduces the price; and vice
versa. Products inflow is high and the demand is equally high then the cost
shoots up. As the demand decreases or the quantum of the product decrease
the price may not fall down immediately, in the anticipation of the buying
or the inward expectations of the products. Thus economics is not a lie but
a binding on nature and the hoardings and the greediness of the buyer.
Where the products are bought only for the need the price is
maintainable. KR IRS 25322
