Pranam
1 Ageless by Suzanne Somers, 2 Ageing well by Dr Jeanne wei and 3 Caring
for the aging parents Berman shulman- all available in any big bookshops
and in all the libraries of the USA would show how to age gracefully.
However the age is not amere growth but the abundance of character with
maturity is proven in many Upanishads and that of the words of Bheeshma in
Mahabharata. Moothor sol vartai amirtham is not by the number of days
passed but the age of the wisdom at 32 or at 102. Yoga vasishtam book 1/28

cloth is made of cotton, and they are still the same dull materials of
which they are composed: thus there is nothing new in this world that was
not seen or known before, and that changes not its form. Ageing gracefully
thus is in the nature and the Karma. KR IRS 24422
