Tiruvalluvar criticises the TURPITUDE sarcastically, as in GUNA they are so
low, but will pretend as if they are good ones. They are all Like THEVARS;
because Thevars have the propriety to do whatever they like. So too these
immorally weak will act as if what they are doing is perfect and also
defend their actions. These people cannot tolerate the well being of the
good and would try to hit them and finally fall down unaware of the causes
of their fall.
3 Why a complex would set in majority of the people ,who extol the evil
out of fear, extol the elders of real nature, even though they had not even
seen them; extol anything as a political party volunteers; expect the the
people of turpitude to extol them ,and feel proud , scratching each other
backs. It is a kind of inferiority complex. “the state of feeling less
important, clever, successful, etc. than other people.”.
4 What are the signs of an inferiority complex?
- Insecurity and low self-esteem.
- Inability to reach your goals, or feeling “stuck”
- Wanting to give up easily.
- Assuming the worst.
- Feeling the need to withdraw in social situations.
- Often feeling down on yourself.
- Experiencing anxiety and depression.
Being sensitive to criticism.
5 How does an inferiority complex affect a person?
An inferiority complex *may cause an individual to overcompensate* in a
number of ways. For example, a person who feels inferior because they are
shorter than average (also known as a Napoleon complex) due to common day
heightism may become overly concerned with how they appear to others.
6 The pursuit of happiness has been one of the strongest
motivators of human behavior since the beginning of human existence. This
focus on happiness has driven many scientists to work on revealing the
components and characteristics of a happy life. Although objective
conditions, such as health , income and social support have been found to
have a positive impact on happiness, subjective factors, such as emotional
intelligence ,self-esteem , optimism have also been shown to increase
happiness. These findings have highlighted the ‘subjective’ nature of
happiness, which indicates that happy and unhappy people tend to show
variations in their strategies of self-organization, perceptions,
interpretations, and thought processes under positive and negative
subjective conditions Loneliness has been the subject of close scrutiny
from researchers due to its negative influence on subjective happiness
Similar to subjective happiness, loneliness has been found to be
correlated with a number of variables that are subjective in nature, such
as self-esteem, and self-confidence . On the other hand, research is still
limited with regard to the psychological dispositions that make some people
more prone to self-concealment. Recent research suggests that inferiority
feelings, a well-known Adlerian { a psychologist after the Fraud Sigmund}
concept, may be an answer to this question, as a difficulty in believing
that others can be a source of love and support that characterize
inferiority --may cause an individual to limit the disclosure of personal
information. Consequently, it appears logical that people with increased
inferiority feelings isolate themselves from social relationships and
become dissatisfied with the number and/or quality of the relationships
they have, rendering inferiority feelings a potential predictor of both
self-concealment and loneliness and, concomitantly, decreased happiness.
7 Time, effort, and patience are very much needed when you want to
overcome your inferiority complex.
Journaling and Meditation:Journaling has been proven to be very effective
in managing symptoms of inferiority complex. If you feel anxious because of
low self-esteem, slow down and focus on your inner peace. Meditation is a
good way to relax and direct your focus to yourself.
2. Positive Self-Talk:It is about time that you stop worrying about what
other people will say about you. You have to be kind to yourself every day
and don’t compare yourself with anyone. Every time you wake up in the
morning, start with positive thinking and give yourself words of
encouragement.
3. Be With Positive People: Surround yourself with a lot of positive people
to have healthy self-esteem. Mistakes are easily accepted when you are
surrounded by people who encourage and lift you up.
Give yourself some self-love. You can become better and break free if you
put your heart into it.
8 Whether assuming the highest Judiciary or the lowest portals of
organisations, LOSERS ALL GET INTO SUCH CAVES WITHOUT KNOWING THE WAY BACK.
LOSERS ARE ONE WHO DID NOT KNOW THE PATH OF TRAVEL. MORE THAN THAT, THE
SUCCESS IS SUSTAINABLE ONLY WHEN THE EFFECT OF BEING A LOSER ARISE TO ONE
IN EVERY STAGE. PINNED TO THE wall has the reaction of bouncing back.
9 Paryantika the sanskrit word has the etymology of many words from that;
PARA and APARA everyone knows; antika is the end pressed to the wall.
Paraya is a word emanating from that. The complexes in plenty who find
themselves jaded when in a large group, shouting against ANYTHING, unaware
of why and what they are doing. Politics thrive on such crowds only. They
are called the vote bankers. They are not allowed to think by themselves.
Once they change the edifice of the ruling falls down like ninepins.
