A When all the gates of the body are illumined by knowledge, know it to
be a manifestation of the mode of goodness. When the mode of passion
predominates, O Arjun, (B) the symptoms of greed, exertion for worldly
gain, restlessness, and craving develop. O Arjun, nescience, inertia,
negligence, and delusion—these are the dominant signs of the mode of
ignorance. A & B are only the perception of the senses to mind but the
former A is perspective while B is non perspective; thus, all perceptions
are not the similar ones.

>From the mode of goodness arises knowledge, from the mode of passion arises
greed, and from the mode of ignorance arise negligence and delusion.

Those situated in the mode of goodness rise upward; those in the mode of
passion stay in the middle; and those in the mode of ignorance go downward.

THE DIFFERENCE IN PERSPECTIONS THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE SUCCESS AND THE
EXCELLENCE MAKES A WIDE-ANGLE PERSPECTIVE PERCEPTIONS. In conclusion, we
may state that the Bhagavad Gita‟s enlightened perspectives on emotional
stability, involving the management of the senses, desire, anger and the
mind, would enhance the skill-set of individuals in the new world order.
This would result in the personal development of individuals,
thereby positively impacting productivity and effective interpersonal
communication in work place and society. Thinking is tip of the iceberg. KR
