BOLD AND COURAGEOUS

1 Being Bold and courageous appears to be synonym, but, no, never, they
are contradictory; not hesitating or fearful in the face of actual or
possible danger or rebuff; courageous and daring: a bold hero. not
hesitating to break the rules of propriety; forward; impudent: He
apologized for being so bold as to speak to the emperor. necessitating
courage and daring; challenging: a bold adventure. Boldness is Impulsive
and Reckless; Courage is Prudent and Prepared. How to learn the swimming?
Only when you enter the waters. So first you have to be impudent, reckless,
to defy the rules; then adapt the courage, which will have to reach you as
a strength to recover.

2 Arjuna was courageous; but not bold to make a war with the elders
and relations; Krishna did not indict any war; HE wanted to get away from
the war, so HE was prepared to talk to the Dridharashtrans for 5 homes at
least. Or, since HE says all are pre-fixed later; so HE knew the results
well ahead? knowing before to act only HE can do; we can only act as
Arjuna; we are courageous generally, only we enter the prey; but till then,
we are vacillating to touch the water; so we have to wear the shirt of bold
suit , over the body of courage. So becoming bold and courageous.

*BG 2.3*: O Parth, it does not befit you to yield to this unmanliness. Give
up such petty weakness of heart and arise, O vanquisher of enemies.
O Arjuna, be brave, be a bold, courageous man. Do not be a coward and a
feeble person, it does not suit such a great warrior and killer of enemies
as you !  *klaibyam* <https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/w/klaibyam>

*daurbalyam* <https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/w/daurbalyam>—weakness;
*tyaktvā* <https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/w/tyaktva>—giving up;
*uttiṣhṭha* <https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/w/uttishtha>—arise.   The
word shudra had arisen from SHUDRAM THE PETTY JOBS OTHER THAN, AND DOERS
ARE NAMED AS SHUDRAS. The nation and the people need the Education,
courageous shoulders and refined trades for the economy to grow; and all
other needs are priority to the three classes along with the whole
including the petty; hence Tiruvalluar said in a high tone, uzhandrum
uzhave thalai= Food is important for the survival though carried out by the
petty class; petty is sustenance; hence we term it as PETTY-CASH. Here
petty means, strong work but done , without greater applications of risks.
All shall rise above as bold and act with the courage to learn, to defend,
to market and to yield. Varnas are so simple. KR IRS 17423
