got blown up, wrote I have no manners etc instead of genuinely replying who is
who . His statement that "I am resting IAS"etc is a peelaa. Let G produce
evidence. And there is no Vijayakumar. But there was one Jayaakumar retd chief
secretary 78 batch. He is the son of a film producer of kerala everyone knows.
Jayakumar had written books and poems and even film songs because of his
father. And if he said even for a second he would rest his shield, he ought to
have denied in other posts after his retirement in 2012. He is a fair officer
who did some finer things in life and even today his placard reflects the IAS
retd . Why all true lies sir? Below can see his bio data. If any one will get
