When you are appreciated and approved by many or all, you automatically breathe, smell and feel it. You exhale your happiness which every organism of the Biosphere inhales. The air becomes the language of happiness.Everyone; every organism feels the happiness. Nature gets energy. Nature proceeds to its destiny. As a sprout of nature, say as a tiny finger of nature, you create the health cascades of nature. Nature itself becomes confident. Health becomes the norm of the Biosphere. Nature teams up with you and you team up with nature. At the core nuclear level, the photons photon-synthesize optimism. You have to note that you have the fundamental cosmic connection, simply connected to God. And you get understanding in the manner you want. The opposite of appreciation, is deprecation and disapproval. Deprecation leads to the depreciation of self confidence. In response to deprecation you exhale your unhappiness, which every organism of the Biosphere inhales. Deprecations fight deprecations, creating a war in the invisible spectrum. Both happiness and unhappiness are contagious. They travel in the air and all organisms breathe, smell and sense. When you appreciate yourself but do not express your appreciation to others then, you are actually arresting the flow of appreciation. Words of appreciation create cascades of energy and activity. You can express your appreciation even without speaking in words. Just feel your appreciation and exhale by going to the person or organism you appreciate. When you exhale, you exhale your appreciation which the other organism or person inhales. Just develop the habit of appreciation and gradually you find that you are succeeding in whatever you are attempting. Air determines the quality of everything, the food you eat, the feelings you breathe in, the feelings you exhale, all of which mix in the air others inhale. In a free, lush and healthy nature, you feel only happiness and approval. But where a factory has polluted the air, land and water, where the food one eats and the air one breathes gives only ill health, one continuously exhales one’s disapproval and deprecation. The first motto of every University must be to become the fountain of approval, not merit judging factory. It has to brim with a healthy Biosphere.
