Yesterday Ihad been to a nearby vessels shop for a simple work- changing the safety valveof a new Prestige pressure cooker, which got released due to lack of water inthe cooker. I found Prestige company technicians displaying items and repairingthings in front of the shop and thought better let them replace. After explaining how the damagecaused, how to cook in medium burner, they replaced the valve and I paid thecharges in the shop. They had aprogram of exchanging anything to anything or selling things about 30% discounton MRP of the prestige products. I found aslim wet grinder with timer (electronic circuit) applied in electro mechanical equipment.The inside LED will light when the grinder is in operation. I checked the price, reduction, additionalreduction on exchange. It was aboutRupees 900-00. I just told them, it is better ladies select and came home. We have a wetgrinder repaired five days back of Vidiem make purchased two year back, for notgrinding properly and it’s belt connecting motor and grinder replaced at a costof Rs 650-00. Functioning perfectly now. I just told mywife about the new wet grinder with timer and LED circuit. We had a wetgrinder of Vidiem make of the same type without timer. The batter was getting hot and company itself withdrew theproduct on large number of complaints. My wife reminded me of thesame. When I enlightened the timer setting and advantage she had her ownexplanation. Only thinggrinder will stop after time set. I have to go and see the condition of batterand again set time. I may forget also because of the timer setting about battertaking out in time. Batter may remain inthe hot grinder. If I observefrequently, I can prepare batter perfectly. Above all the Videm is justrepaired and working perfectly. Better timer models will come with addedfacilities. We willpurchase later. I recollectedwe prepare batter not frequently. For one reason or other we purchase batterfrom opposite provision shop. Yes, added facilities by timer when rice isground coarse, setting for medium grinding, etc. and alarm when grinding isover etc., would be added facilities we require with the electronic circuit.
