B G IN ANUTSHEL PART 5

ब्रह्मण्याधाय कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा करोति य: |

लिप्यते न स पापेन पद्मपत्रमिवाम्भसा || 10||

brahmaṇi—to God; ādhāya—dedicating; karmāṇi—all actions; saṅgam—attachment;
tyaktvā—abandoning; karoti—performs; yaḥ—who; lipyate—is affected;
na—never; saḥ—that person; pāpena—by sin; padma-patram—a lotus leaf;
iva—like; ambhasā—by water

brahmanyadhaya karmani sangam tyaktva karoti yah

lipyate na sa papena padma-patram ivambhasa

BG 5.10: Those who dedicate their actions to God, abandoning all
attachment, remain untouched by sin, just as a lotus leaf is untouched by
water.

Sangam and tyaktva opposite, beaming words are used adjacent; Sangam is
attachment; tyaktva is sacrifice thyaga and sanyasa. Brahmanyaya dhyaya
karmani =doing the work only for HIM; working in the name of the GOD. If
work is carried out, with that mind, it is a sacrifice and bears no
attachment for the result; then there is no sin in it whatsoever it may be;
THERE IS NO SIN; the karma is none. Ambhasa water on padma-patram a lotus
leaf. Is it possible to do an action that way? And here it is not
Krishna but BRAHMANI the brahmam. It is the word of wisdom ; wisdom can be
taught only by a sinless person only. One who abuses others even so older,
is a man of sin onlyu. So He cannot write or utter any words of wisdom.
GARGA SAMHITAI, VERSE 4.1.51 HAS THE SAME VERSE.

        Garga samhitai, Verse 4.8.40 Chapter 8 - In the Story of the
Yajña-sītās, the Glories of Ekādaśī

पूजयेद् यो हरिं भक्त्या   द्वादश्यां तुलसी-दलैः

लिप्यते न स पापेन   पद्म-पत्रम् इवाम्भसा

pūjayed yo hariṃ bhaktyā dvādaśyāṃ tulasī-dalaiḥ

lipyate na sa pāpena padma-patram ivāmbhasā

pūjayet—worships; yaḥ—one who; harim—Lord Kṛṣṇa; bhaktyā—with devotion;
dvādaśyām—on dvadasi; tulasī-dalaiḥ—with tulasi leaves; lipyate—is touched;
na—not; sa—he; pāpena—with sin; padma-patram—a lotus leaf; iva—like;
ambhasā—by water.

As a lotus leaf is never touched by water, so a person who worships Lord
Kṛṣṇa with tulasī leaves on dvādaśī is never touched by sin. Now Garga
samhita speaks about Krishna on the similar like of Padma patram life.

       Garga sanhitai again: Verse 3.1.30

शालग्रामस्य देवस्य   सेवनं कारयेत् सदा

पातकं न स्पृशेत् तं वै पद्म-पत्रं यथा जलम्

śālagrāmasya dhevasya sevanaṃ kārayet sadā

pātakaṃ na spṛśet taṃ vai padma-patraṃ yathā jalam

śālagrāmasya—of Śālagrāma; devasya—of the Lord; sevanam—service;
kārayet—should do; sadā—regularly; pātakam—to hell; na—not; spṛśet—may
touch; tam—him; vai—indeed; padma—lotus; patram—leaf; yathā—as; jalam—water.

A person who regularly worships the Lord's form as Śālagrāma-śilā is not
touched by hell as a lotus leaf is not touched by water.

      Your life on this earth is a big question mark before you and
Bhagavad Gita answers all the questions of life from all the viewpoints. It
gives you a unique way of living a life that comforts your tensions and you
tend to enjoy a better and happier life.

    Don’t Be Afraid: Bhagavan Sri Krishna says that the biggest fear of a
human being is the fear of death. He says, when a human being removes the
fear of death from his life, he can surely live a stress-free life.

Anger Misleads: A human being is full of weaknesses but biggest of them all
is Anger.

Do Not Doubt Your Caliber: Lord Krishna says whenever an individual doubts
his calibre, the chances of getting success reduces.

Keep Control Over Your Activities: Krishna says that whatever activities
you do, do it with all your focus and avoid distractions. Otherwise, you
will end up creating a chaos and you will have to face a lot of problems,
inconvenience, difficulty and hence irritation.

Control Your Desires: As we all know, that our mind is never at peace. We
tend you have new desires and emotions every time. Either we want something
from ourselves or from others.

Don’t be Selfish: Lord Krishna says that being selfish takes us away from
reality and we end up thinking for our benefit only, ignoring the good of
others.

Believe in “Whatever Happens; Happens for Good”: Whenever anything bad
happens with us, we feel bad and worried about it and many of us think that
god is responsible for that. Some of us even change our god.

Leave everything to god, just do your karma! Try it!

 Never Try to Run Away From Your Responsibilities: The day, an individual
is born, he is bound to fulfil his responsibilities may be towards his
parents, after marriage towards his wife and then towards his children. We
all should try to fulfil our responsibilities till the extent we can.

Give Your Best, Don’t Worry About Results: It is our human tendency that
even before beginning a task, we think of its results. But Bhagavan Sri
Krishna says, “Do your work sincerely and diligently; leave everything else
on me”.
