Airtel is not a company for us; its services are spoiled by the retailers who only sell; services are poorer; also adopt underground tactics like cutting the lines etc of BSNL etc; nothing can be done by fighting with them; I was holding in 90 92 while receiving the inflated billings; then I have to talk to the GM and people lined up at home , refunding the cheque; then I cut it off. Again in 20 21 as an additional line I took it; shifted out of BSNL cutting the services of bondage of >50 years. Changed the numbers to airtel. But as usual in the black system they introduced, they created havoc. So again I had to speak with the GM airtel and as usual, DTH, Cell and LL and all lined up asking for my redressal. Hardly within a year, came back to BSNL, switching back to the same numbers. With BSNL there is no problem; even the service people who are hired attend to problems. GMs are my friends but no personnel inside knew about it. BSNL is better in my opinion. KR IRS 16 9 23
