CULTURAL QA 11202315

Q1 When did Shree Krishna realise that Krishna himself is a superior
God?

KR People may write anything but we as aged must teach the earth
perfect details only. Rama and Krishna and all avatarams knew they are. And
we have to quote the words as they spoke as were written; Bhaktas writing
is good but cannot be considered as evidence. Rama said to have uttered few
words, as written by Valmiki but kept hidden; Krishna as written by Vyasa
were open words; B G chap 10 vishwa roopam: 10 21: आदित्यानामहं

BG 10.21: Amongst the twelve sons of Aditi I am Vishnu; amongst luminous
objects I am the sun. Know Me to be Marichi amongst the maruts, and the
moon amongst the stars in the night sky.

Commentary

>From the Puranas we learn that Sage Kashyap had two wives— Aditi and Diti.
>From his first wife, Aditi, he fathered twelve celestial
personalities—Dhata, Mitra, Aryama, Shakra, Varun, Amsha, Bhaga, Vivasvan,
Pusha, Savita, Twashta, and Vaman. Amongst these, Vaman was the Avatar of
the Supreme Lord Vishnu. Thus, Shree Krishna states that amongst the
Adityas (twelve sons of Aditi), Vishnu (in the form of Vaman) reveals his
opulence.

Amongst luminous objects, the sun is supreme. The Ramayan states:

rākāpati ṣhoṛasa uahiñ tārāgana samudāi,

sakala girinha dava lāia binu rabi rāti na jāi [v26]

“At night, all the lamps along with all the stars in the sky and the moon
as well are together insufficient in removing the darkness of the night.
But the moment the sun rises, the night gets dispelled.” That is the power
of the sun, which Shree Krishna reveals as his vibhūti. There are many
places where Krishna revealed who is HE.

Q4 What is the loudest planet in the solar system?

KR It is not exactly correct; NASA had produced many videos for
public and I published one some time ago which sound resembled like AUM.
Now another video space sounds recorded including Jupiter. What is recorded
are only replayed back where restrictions of the decibels were applied.
Sound depends on their movements, friction and chaos of the sky :

Re Q 2:

In addition to what is said there, I thought I might share the following:

Tamizh Saint and Poetess Avviyar, in her Upadesams in short sentences, has
said

"Marunde Unavu" meaning food is medicine. It means be moderate in eating
and don't gormandize, that is eat in excess.

In other words it says have your tongue in control.

It is also better to remember that we need to keep our tongue in control
both while eating AND also when speaking.

Avviyar has also said

" Pasithhup Pusi" meaning
Eat only when hungry.

I have heard lectures on
eating at specific times
and
eating only when hungry.

One of the speakers advocating the latter said
When you are hungry it means the previous meals have been digested and
hence you are not overloading the system.
He also quoted Avvai patti, as we affectionately call her, to buttress his
argument.

*CULTURAL QA 11-2023-15*

*All the BELOW QA are from Quora DIGEST to me on 15-11-2023.*

*QUORA ANSWERS NEED NOT BE 100% CORRECT ANSWERS.*

*Compiled and posted by R. Gopala Krishnan, 80, on 15-11-2023.*

*Q1 When did Shree Krishna realise that Krishna himself is a superior
God?*

*A1 Aditi Pathak, Author and Servant of Lord Krishna Apr 21*

*In Hinduism, Lord Krishna is considered as the eighth avatar or
incarnation of Lord Vishnu. As per the Bhagavata Purana and other Hindu
scriptures, Lord Krishna was aware of his divine identity from the time of
his birth.*

*According to the Bhagavata Purana, when Lord Krishna was born, his father
Vasudeva took him to Vrindavan to save him from the wrath of his maternal
uncle, Kamsa. In Vrindavan, Lord Krishna was brought up by his foster
parents Nanda and Yashoda. Even in his childhood, Lord Krishna displayed
his divine powers by performing miracles and killing demons.*

*One of the most popular stories from Lord Krishna's childhood is the
incident where he lifted the Govardhan mountain to protect the people of
Vrindavan from the wrath of Lord Indra. This incident shows that Lord
Krishna was aware of his divine identity and had access to his divine
powers from a very young age.*

*As Lord Krishna grew up and became more involved in the affairs of the
world, he continued to display his divine powers and wisdom. He imparted
various teachings to his disciples, including the Bhagavad Gita, which is
considered one of the most important Hindu scriptures.*

*In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna teaches the importance of duty,
selflessness, detachment, and devotion to God. He emphasizes the need to
perform one's duties without attachment to the results and surrendering the
fruits of one's actions to God. Lord Krishna also teaches that one can
achieve liberation by following the path of devotion to God and by
performing selfless service.*

*In conclusion, according to Hindu scriptures, Lord Krishna was aware of
his divine identity from a very young age and continued to display his
divine powers throughout his life. His teachings, including the Bhagavad
Gita, emphasize the importance of duty, selflessness, detachment, and
devotion to God, and continue to inspire people around the world to this
day.*

*Q2 What will happen if we don't eat dinner?*

*A2 Health Director | Loving Father | Business Director May 16*

*Skipping dinner is a common practice for many people, but it is important
to understand what happens to our body when we skip this meal. Dinner is
usually the last meal of the day and is essential for providing the body
with the necessary nutrients and energy to function properly. In this
article, we will explore the effects of not eating dinner and what happens
to the body when we skip this meal.*

*Positive effects of skipping dinner*

*Weight loss: One of the positive effects of skipping dinner is weight
loss. When we skip dinner, we reduce the total calories consumed in a day.
This can lead to a calorie deficit which can help in weight loss. However,
it is important to note that this should be done in a healthy way and not
by drastically reducing calories or skipping meals frequently.*

*Digestive system rest: Another benefit of skipping dinner is that it gives
the digestive system a break. The digestive system works constantly,
breaking down food and extracting nutrients. By skipping dinner, we give
the digestive system a chance to rest and recover.*

*Negative effects of skipping dinner*

*Hunger pangs: One of the negative effects of skipping dinner is hunger
pangs. When we skip dinner, our body starts to crave food, and we may feel
hungry. This can cause us to overeat at the next meal, leading to weight
gain.*

*Low blood sugar levels: Skipping dinner can also lead to a drop in blood
sugar levels. This can make us feel tired, irritable, and dizzy. Low blood
sugar levels can also cause headaches and difficulty concentrating.*

*Nutrient deficiencies: Dinner is often an important meal for getting
essential nutrients. When we skip dinner, we may miss out on important
vitamins and minerals that are necessary for our body's functions. This can
lead to nutrient deficiencies, which can cause a variety of health
problems.*

*Disrupts sleep: Skipping dinner can also disrupt our sleep. When we go to
bed hungry, it can be difficult to fall asleep, and we may wake up in the
middle of the night feeling hungry. This can affect the quality of our
sleep and lead to daytime fatigue.*

*Increased stress levels: Skipping dinner can also increase stress levels.
Hunger can cause stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline to be
released, which can increase stress levels and cause anxiety.*

*Conclusion*

*In conclusion, skipping dinner can have both positive and negative effects
on the body. While it may help in weight loss and give the digestive system
a break, it can also lead to hunger pangs, low blood sugar levels, nutrient
deficiencies, disrupted sleep, and increased stress levels. It is important
to listen to our body and eat when we are hungry. Skipping dinner
occasionally is not necessarily harmful, but it should not become a regular
habit. A balanced and healthy diet is essential for maintaining good
health.*

*Q3 What happens if a lithium battery gets wet?*

*A3 Rebecca Williams, Experience in Aviation13h*

*A lithium battery is a type of battery that uses lithium metal or lithium
compounds as the anode. Lithium batteries have many advantages, such as
high energy density, long shelf life, and low self-discharge rate.*

*They also have some drawbacks, such as being sensitive to high
temperatures, overcharging, and water exposure. Water can cause two main
problems for lithium batteries: corrosion and reaction.*

*Corrosion is the gradual deterioration of the battery components due to
the presence of water and oxygen. Water can enter the battery through
cracks, holes, or leaks in the casing or the seals. Water can also condense
inside the battery due to temperature changes or humidity. Corrosion can
affect the performance and safety of the battery, as it can reduce the
electrical conductivity, increase the internal resistance, and create short
circuits.*

*The reaction is the violent and explosive chemical reaction of lithium
with water. Lithium is a highly reactive metal that can react with water to
produce hydrogen gas and lithium hydroxide. Hydrogen gas is flammable and
can ignite in the presence of a spark or heat. Lithium hydroxide is a
corrosive and alkaline substance that can damage the battery and the
surrounding materials.*

*Reaction can occur when the battery is damaged, punctured, or crushed, and
the lithium is exposed to water. Reaction can also occur when the battery
is overcharged, overheated, or short-circuited, and the lithium is oxidized
and releases heat and gas.*

*The severity and consequences of water exposure vary depending on the type
of lithium battery. For example, lithium-ion batteries, which use lithium
compounds as the anode, are less prone to reaction than lithium metal
batteries, which use pure lithium as the anode. Lithium-ion batteries also
have protective circuits and vents that can prevent or mitigate the effects
of water exposure. Lithium-ion batteries are still susceptible to corrosion
and thermal runaway, which is a chain reaction of overheating and gas
generation that can lead to fire and explosion.*

*Q4 What is the loudest planet in the solar system?*

*A4 Silk Road, Jun 26*

*You might think it's Earth, because we have so much noise pollution from
cars, planes, factories, and people.*

*But you would be wrong.*

*Earth is actually pretty quiet compared to some other planets. The loudest
planet in the solar system is actually Jupiter. That's right, the big gas
giant that is more than 20 times more massive than Earth.*

*Why so loud?*

*Well, it's not because of its atmosphere or its weather. It's because of
its radio emissions.*

*Radio emissions are electromagnetic waves that can travel through space
and can be detected by radio telescopes.*

*Jupiter emits a lot of radio waves because it has a powerful magnetic
field that interacts with charged particles from the sun and its moons.*

*These interactions create a lot of noise that can be heard by radio
telescopes on Earth and in space.*

*Jupiter's loudness will depend on how and what you use to measure it.*

*If you use the decibel scale, which is how we measure sound on Earth,
Jupiter would be about 1000 decibels. That's way louder than anything we
can hear on Earth.*

*The loudest sound ever recorded on Earth was a volcanic eruption in 1883
that was about 180 decibels.*

*Anything above 194 decibels would create a shock wave that would destroy
everything in its path.*

*Decibels are not really a good way to measure sound in space.*

*There is no air or medium for sound waves to travel through. A better way
to measure sound in space is by using power flux density, which is how much
energy per unit area per unit time is carried by a wave.*

*Power flux density is measured in watts per square meter (W/m^2). The
higher the power flux density, the louder the sound.*

*Using this measure, Jupiter has a power flux density of about 10^14 W/m^2
at a distance of one astronomical unit (AU), which is the average distance
between Earth and the sun.*

*That's equivalent to about 10^8 W/m^2 per hertz of bandwidth, which means
how much power per unit frequency is carried by a wave. That's a lot of
power and a lot of noise.*

*To put it in perspective, the sun has a power flux density of about 10^3
W/m^2 at one AU, which is about 10^-3 W/m^2 per hertz of bandwidth.*

*That means Jupiter is about 10^11 times louder than the sun at radio
frequencies. That's crazy loud.*

*So, Jupiter is the loudest planet in the solar system by far. If you could
hear it with your ears, it would blow your mind (and your eardrums).*

* But don't worry, you can't hear it with your ears, because sound doesn't
travel in space. You can only hear it with radio telescopes, which convert
radio waves into audible sounds.*

*Q5 What is the most colourful moment of your life?*

*A5 Bala Ji, Studied at V M Inter College Updated Jun 19*

*So I was giving my board exam. It was my English paper. I completed my
paper 1 hours before the exam time. Then I sat silently. There were two
teachers in my class for guarding. One of the teacher came towards me and
asked,”Why you are not writing?” I replied him that I have already
completed my paper. He took my paper to check. My writing was very well. He
astonished and impressed from me. Then he called another teacher and said
to him, “look at his answer sheet. He has written very well.” Then they
started to ask my education background, address and my father's occupation.
Generally if someone ask my father's occupation I get angry but at that
time I proudly answered them “He sells samosa”. Then they quoted “A gem has
taken birth in his father's family.” I was wishing at that time my father
should be here so he can feel proud on me because my father always think
that I am a dumb and I can do nothing in my life.*
