With due respect to the people caught inside for so many days and few more days to come, I wonder the inability of the science to break anything so easily and the power of the nature; and at the same time, I also wonder the human positive approach , doing their Karma steadfast with all their best efforts; and why army was deployed first and thought would be better to deploy now?; protocol?
