CULTURAL QA 12202302 Q1 What are some happy accidents of historic relevance?
KR Every scientific discovery was only accidental. Apple fall was not Newton enforced action. Eureka is well known to all. So X ray was as good as Penicillin and Madam Curie. Q2 What are some of the earliest examples of greed in human history? KR Again another while away your time Q and A. History is only the out come of Greed in entirety. Q3 Why do all the planets orbit the Sun, but the Moon orbits the Earth? KR What is the answer? There are so many planets having moon to many moons. All planets have rotating moons, but the closer ones including all the larger ones are tidally locked. The dwarf planet Pluto meanwhile has a double tidal lock between Pluto and Charon, so that both always point the same sides to each other. Why there is revolution is the question? Have you seen animals? When they rise or sit, they go few rounds to accelerate or decelerate; self-generating force arise only out of self-revolution; why, even when we rise from the chair, if one turns and then rise, balance is achieved; if tried to rise , straight, one will tumble a little and by hands we balance; so momentum is the concept of the self-revolution; the self-revolution will push through; and the pushing is controlled by the gravity; so self-revolution path appears to go around the planets nearer to it, as their path goes through such directions. There are planets also who do not go around the SUN also. Q4 What is something that Indians want to let the rest of the world know? KR What is written here by Q and A are ALSO facts; but INDIA rings the bell, in a manner that , outsiders , visit , not to see the places of India; but visit to learn the ancient vedic system to attain peace in their life. 1. Indians live with their parents: Yes, most of us do live with them even after completing high school. And we aren't ashamed of it. Because we care for them and so do they.. The relationship between us is intimate.. Once,Aishwarya Rai, in her show with David Letterman said “yeah, it's fine to live with our parents. Moreover, we don't take appointment to meet our parents for dinner”.. KR NO; today every child mainly (say 80%) do not keep their parent and do maintain them; hence only a law was framed to protect the old. 2. India is not only Taj Mahal: yeah, Taj Mahal is a center attraction of our country. but it doesn't mean there no other places to visit. You must visit - Brihadeeswarar temple, Varanasi ,If you'd spend time to travel, it takes ages and still be unfinished… KR Taj mahal being the 7th wonder it is thus felt; whose mistake was/is that? every one did not write other places; so, seeing a place depends on the taste of the tourists. India means HINDI; India means DELHI; India means TAJMAHAL; these are caused by us. We only said that the burial ground is beautiful. 3. All Indian foods are spicy: No, keeping aside the fact of being the land of spices. There are plenty of desserts and dishes which make anyone salivate which aren't spicy.. KR Spicy and HOT are different; pepper if added it can be spicy; but Mirchi alone makes it hotter; so world over, people need spicy food only. 4. Movies: we Indians are cinephiles. We idiolize the actors as gods. Every celebration or emotion in our lives is linked with movies… KR Cinema is a factor of impact as Music all over the earth; but HERO-WORSHIP is in our blood blindly; we always feel as great only when we make big jalras, without any appreciations of a reality. It is the resultant of the INFERIORITY COMPLEX. Jung and many others do say so. 5. All Indians are Hindus, no god no…India is a country of multiple religions and cultures. It is a secular country with no state religion.. KR Again a fallacy; every country has many followers of many religions. So too India; but many outside nations, call themselves as the nation of the majority; only in India, the minority becomes the majority and vice-versa. 6. Cricket: it's our religion. It's a part of our life. One will definitely encounter street cricket played everywhere. KR Again a fallacy; every nation is worshipping some GOD_GAME; every Sunday evening USA is locked with Baseball, or Basketball or football (USA); so, every nation. In India Keala votes only Football even today; Srisant is known in TN than Kerala. 7. Marriages: weddings in India are made in heaven. The celebration, fun, the foods and the entertainment is something that one cannot see anywhere. It's a delight. KR Again a fallacy; all over the earth wedding is only a gala festival; a Christian wedding finishes in an hour but the events thereafter depends on one’s wealth; foreign 5 to 7 star hotels are flooded with dinner and liquor and dance and band. 8. India isn't completely a hot country. Ever been to Shimla or Ooty?? The temperature varies over the regions. It isn't factual to tell India is a hot country KR Yes sir India is a hot country as you said cricket id GOD. You yourself cannot admit your fallacy either or. 9. Education: India is home to some of the most brilliant minds. They range from CEOs to scientists and many more… KR The opposite is also true only here. 10. Literature: India has a rich literature with Mahabharata being our largest epic. India has produced some splendid novels ranging from legendary Geetanjali to campus novels like Three mistakes of my life.. KR Ignorant answer; Before Mahabhartham Valmiki Ramayanam is there; and Rigvedam, sama, Yajur Atharva vedams are the oldest; Geetanjali is not a novel; and better campus novels do exist than mentioned therein. 11. Tea lovers: Tea most commonly called “Chai” by us is our elixir. One of the most favourite beverage of Indians. The varieties of tea in India are Countless. KR Check world over for tea sir Q5 Does anyone ever wonder why we breathe in and breath out? KR IS THIS A Q AND A ? EVEN CO2 IS ONLY INHALED AND OXYGEN EXHALED. GIGO AND IN NATURE THERE IS NO GOGI. Q6 What is it that 99% of India's people don't know? KR What is the stat basis 99% do not know? Do you know why plants and shrubs are grown along national highways and various roads? KR THE ANSWER IS WRONG; AS A MATTER OF FACT, OVER EXPOSURE CAN BE SCREENED BY US, BY CUTTING OFF THE LIGHTS ONCOMING THAN, LIGHTS FLASHING DASH-DOT; DARK AND FLASH WILL SPOIL THE DRIVING CAUSING ACCIDENT; THE PLANTS ARE GROWN ONLY TO SIP THE POLLUTION CO2 CAUSED BY VEHICLES. Q7 If money doesn't go with you when you die, then why are people running behind it like a maniac? KR That is what our Indian philosophy says don’t go; aham and greed are the causes. G ***A hand to mouth person works for money like Maniac only. Degree differs according to his position in the society. But, remember one thing. Every one have their own struggles. G My note- ***What a true statement KR What is the truth sir? So, in BSNL people work only with greed and as a maniac? G So, stop wondering about others. Appreciate their art which you lack. KR Maniac and monster and odd jobbers work; the narrator advises the midnight tech to take care of health, while greedily , the owner is waiting, for his presence; why? Cannot he take care of his health without the tool his mind is forcing him, even after the midnight to…… G As long as they don't become monsters with money everything is fine. KR Who is the monster? Elec or owner? A1 Silk Road, AI Expert Fri One of the greatest accidental discoveries occurred because a guy was playing with glass tubes. A physics professor in Germany in late 19th century was messing around with some glass tubes and electric currents, trying to see if he could make some rays go through them. He covered the tubes with black paper to block out any light, but then he noticed something weird: a green glow on a screen nearby. He was like, "What the heck is that?" and decided to investigate. His name was Wilhelm Roentgen. He realized that the glow was caused by some unknown rays that came from the tubes and could pass through the paper and other objects. He called them X-rays, because he didn't know what they were. He started to experiment with different materials, like wood, metal, and even his own hand. He was amazed to see that he could see the bones inside his flesh on a photographic plate. He was like, "Wow, this is rad!" and decided to share his discovery with the world. He wrote a paper about his findings and sent it to other scientists and journals. He also sent some of his X-ray images, including one of his wife's hand with a ring on it. That image became famous and freaked out a lot of people who saw it. They thought it was spooky or black magic, or even dangerous. Some people thought that X-rays could harm or kill you, or that they could reveal your secrets or thoughts. But others were fascinated and curious about the new phenomenon. They wanted to learn more about it and how it could be used. X-rays soon became a big deal in science and medicine. They opened up new possibilities for studying the structure of matter and the human body. They also helped doctors diagnose and treat diseases and injuries, by showing them what was going on inside their patients without cutting them open. X-rays were also used in other fields, like art, security, and industry. They became an essential tool for understanding and improving our world. X-rays were one of the greatest discoveries of the 19th century, and they changed the course of history. A lucky accident spawned out of curiosity and serendipity, Roentgen didn't plan to find them, he just stumbled upon them while doing something else. He was humble and generous about his discovery, and he didn't try to patent it or make money from it. He just wanted to share his knowledge and excitement with others. He was awarded the first Nobel Prize in Physics in 1901 for his work. So, next time you get an X-ray at the dentist or the hospital, remember that you owe it to a guy who was playing with some tubes and saw something strange. Q2 What are some of the earliest examples of greed in human history? A2 Silk Road, AI Expert Nov 21 You ever heard of Alexander the Great? The badass king of Macedonia who lived in the 4th century BC, conquered most of the known world by the time he was 30. He had a huge army that followed him everywhere, and he fought against the Persians, the Egyptians, the Indians, and anyone else who got in his way. But he was never satisfied. He always wanted more land, more power, more glory. He was greedy AF. He didn't care about the people he conquered, or the cultures he destroyed, or the lives he took. He just wanted to expand his empire and make his name immortal. He was so obsessed with his greed that he even tried to invade India, which was way beyond his reach. He had to cross a desert, a river, and face elephants and them monsoons. His soldiers were exhausted, wounded, and homesick. They begged him to stop, but he wouldn't listen. He pushed them to the limit, until they finally rebelled and forced him to turn back. But even then, he didn't give up his greed. He planned to conquer Arabia and Rome next. He died before he could do that, though. Some say he was poisoned, some say he got sick, some say he drank himself to death. Whatever the cause, he died at 32, leaving behind a huge mess of an empire that soon fell apart. Q3 Why do all the planets orbit the Sun, but the Moon orbits the Earth? A3 Barry McGuinness B.Sc., M.Sc.17h If a big round thing orbits a star, it’s called a planet. The Earth is a planet. It’s orbiting a star which we call “the Sun”. If a big round thing orbits a planet, it’s called a moon. The Earth has one moon orbiting it, and we call it — imaginatively — “the Moon”. A5 Soniya,5h The act of breathing is essential for exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide in our bodies. Oxygen is crucial for energy production, while carbon dioxide is a waste product. It's a fundamental process necessary for sustaining life. Breathing is a complex physiological mechanism controlled by the respiratory system. The inhalation brings fresh** oxygen into the lungs, where it diffuses into the bloodstream and is transported to cells. My note- Better fresh air. Carbon dioxide, a by-product of cellular metabolism, is carried back to the lungs and expelled during exhalation. This continuous exchange supports cellular functions and maintains the body's internal balance. Q6 What is it that 99% of India's people don't know? A6 Sangram Sagar,1y Do you know why plants and shrubs are grown along national highways and various roads? If you think it is to enhance the beauty or increase the number of trees, then friend, its use is much more than that. These shrubs or plants are usually thickets that block the glare of the headlights. If these bushes were not there, one could be confused whether they are traveling on the other side of the highway or on a wrong path, which may result in an accident. In addition, the bushes perform another function. These bushes have sharp leaves and thorns which prevent the animals from moving from one side to the other, thus they avoid accidents. This applies to India and some other countries, although I don't know about other countries. Q7 If money doesn't go with you when you die, then why are people running behind it like a maniac? A7 Rama GLives in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India1y Haha. Who is ready to die now? Every human thinks his/ her death is far in his 80 th plus years. Even death needs money whatever tradition your funeral may follow. Till then we have to live. We need so many things in our life. We don't have those angels who shower money whenever we want. We have to earn it. No free lunch or free bees unless you belong to some special categories. The fellow who doesn't have much financial problems in life can talk about philosophy, fine arts, fine hobbies. ***A hand to mouth person works for money like Maniac only. Degree differs according to his position in the society. But, remember one thing. Every one have their own struggles. My note- ***What a true statement Our electrician is working in an newly constructed apartment building. Almost ten flats contract he got. I doubted he may not be having time to attend my small problem. Just our fan regulator was not working. Either runs in full speed or none. I called him and told to send his assistant, it's a few minutes job. I sent the photo of it. He came at 11. 30 at night with the regulator. Really I wondered what made him come at that time of night? I chided him, ‘why did you come ? I am not going to offer great money for it. You could have sent your assistant tomorrow. Its a small job. It's almost mid night. Should think about your health also.’ He has to go back ten kms distance again to reach his home. I knew him for many years. He said smiling, ‘Amma, day time it's not possible to come. All my assistants are busy. I am staying in the apartment building only now to complete work as early as possible. So, I can take up another contract.’ I chided him. ‘At this rate you would definitely spoil your health. I will talk to your wife. How she is letting you.. ‘Amma..Renu( his wife) going for baby sitting. They are giving 14 thousand rupees. Morning six to evening ten'. He grinned while fixing the regulator. ‘What is this madness ? What happened to both of you? I know you don't have that much heavy financial burdens.’ I said wondering. ‘Our house is leaking because of these rains. I want to remove those terracotta tiles with RCC roof. I need money. Ten, ten rupees makes hundred. You told me once.’ I need 6 lakhs minimum for roof and other small small things. My brother is a Mason. He said he can do the free labour but can't afford money to give. We both share the house you know. Till date no problem we faced in that house. Slowly it started. Little patch work we did. Before it becomes a major problem we want to attend it.That's why this much running I am doing. ‘Amma, do Google pay. I don't have time. He ran away. Didn't even wait to take money. We all may feel poor fellow! really he needs money for a genuine reason. Do you think life stops with this? Tomorrow some other thing will crop up. Because it's life. The way you choose to live your life, the quality of life you want, the amount of charity you want to do, the amount of job employment you want to create, the stability you want to give to your future generation, your family members , these things decide your running race for money. By the way money making, business, earning etc are arts. Not possible for every one. The seasoned artists feel it's fun. Others feel them as maniacs, as a mad run. Both thoughts are right, living simple with in your means, creating wealth for country like TATAs, earning for family and for public like Ambanis, all are justified. By the way money generation is always linked with employment. It can be of any scale. So, stop wondering about others. Appreciate their art which you lack. As long as they don't become monsters with money everything is fine. All the above QA are from Quora DIGEST to me on 02-12-2023. QUORA ANSWERS NEED NOT BE 100% CORRECT ANSWERS.
