Though another repeat of G written already, still, materials must always
speak the truth after proper verification. It is written here "ALL OBJECTS
FALL AT THE SAME SPEED"; NO; G said Free fall=YES. But neither spoke about
what it is exactly but followed blindly as theory of physics, if written in
exam will get zero mark. "FREE FALl is unconditional; if there is only
gravity acting, then where there are no other forces as in Vacuum, then it
is FREEFALL; there the rock and the feather will fall at the same speed and
fall at the same time. Then do we see anything like that , at any place on
the earth? NO. Because,"In the air, the resistance may make the
acceleration different for stone and feather. Air resistance depends on the
surface area and velocity. As the feather has more surface area than the
stone thus air resistance is more on the feather which causes the feather
to fall more slowly than the stone. FREE FALL EVEN IN VACUUM IS NOT TESTED
FULLY; VACUUM WAS CREATED BY US; NATURal vacuum at many places in the
spaces are unknown. While flying, you are asked to wear the belt, because
planes will have a free fall at some places. Thus when we read science or
English articles or political statements or even Judiciary words, we have
to apply our minds.
2 Our body reacts as our mind thinks. Is that Logical? NO. There is
a confusion among us as to WHAT IS MIND? Manasu is interpreted by many as
Mind; manasu is heart; mind is related to brain; brain is not the mind;
mind and atman are abstracts; however reactions are effective in the
garbham, even when the brain and the heart are not fully and perfectly
grown. So birth is not coming out of the womb as we think; but the day of
garba dhanam. Similarly death is not brain death. Science had conceived so
in different ways. But the life in and life out are birth and death. So
entry of soul and mind with the accounts is birth; if aborted then another
birth ends; similarly the exit of soul and mind with the accounts is death.
Body is not the mind; NAN (ME) OR MYSELF) is body and never the soul or
mind; aham brahmasmi is not your body; it is the jeevatma which is part of
Paramatma and Aham Brahmasmi is the truth. Soul and the mind are
independent; you do not instruct them. You cannot control them. also they
don't advise you or command you. Your body-brain alone does that. Body and
brain are not brahmam but brahmam hidden by Ego. So the statement is
neither Physics nor Philosophical truth .
3 A person usually makes a lot of hand gestures while telling the
truth KR NO; Hand gestures are not even psychological; many oratores of
the then till now , had harangue without raising the finger or danced on
the stage with hands and fingers, and how those words here or there , can
be decided or verified as TRUTH? Maybe the opposite might be true. Then
instead of a serum-lie-detector, the interrogatee may be asked to speak
loudly and openly and decide whether he is a truth-sayer or a soothsayer?
It is the habit; it is the style developed from childhood; the brain is
instructed to repeat whenever needed; nervous reactions; thus the statement
is untrue and rather said :may-be, or could be only".
4 Any emotional pain lasts only for 12 minutes. KR what is that 12
minutes? Labour pain is longer at intervals of not 12 minutes; heart painis
in seconds; other than QUORA Q and A and you tube 12 minutes pain exercise
videos, THERE IS NO SINGLE SCIENTIFIC REASON FOR THAT WORDS 12 MINUTES AT
ALL. If there is no basis how could it be virtual even?
5 Smelling an orange can reduce stress by about 70%. KR stress buster?
some say lemon; Let it be; then what is breath in and out exercise for?
What is stress? It is an unbearable condition, a variable factor from
person to person; lack of concentration of the mind or thoughts and actions
of the brain and the body; stress is a modern jargon. TIRED OF THE BRAIN. A
KIND OF FEAR STATUS. By smelling something how it can be driven out? Is
there some smell serving as an antidote? For many they don't have any
smelling sense at all, how about them? Will they die from stress?
Diversion of mind is escaping the strain whether stress or tiredness.
6 ONE IS MORE LIKELY TO *ACHIEVE THE GOALS* ..if it is kept as SECRET
KR How is it possible, unless it is one only job where it is known to him
only ? No one will walk in Palakkad to reach chennai central station and
yet try to reach the goal in time. It is the cumulative leadership combined
with the team focussing on the achievements; so no one will work without a
purpose; and if work is divisible as need to know basis, even there his
goal of that purpose must be made known to him. So achievement is not in
secret but working together in the unison actions of the mind. More likely
itself has the doubt in term.
7 Anxiety: Nail biting can be a sign of anxiety or stress. The
repetitive behavior seems to help some people cope with challenging
emotions. Boredom: Behaviors such as nail biting and hair twirling are more
common when you're bored, hungry, or need to keep your hands busy NOT AS
STATED ABOVE. IT IS AUTHENTIC.
8 Already spoken in G; here also, whether SUN affects or not is not
answered; Thermo organism is a Jargon; Hypothermia is another jargon. To
boil any product heat is required; and the heat changes the cooler
molecules to get heated up; and so reactions of heat is visible only after
some time; depending on the receptors to get the heat and sustain time is
the factor; then when one appears and disappears within that time molecules
go back to cooler condition. If working hard in the hot SUN for hours
regularly would burn the skin; burnt skin reacts to many changes. Why are
all elements spoken irrelevant to Q.
9 Steel is More Elastic than Rubber. *Elasticity*, ability of a
deformed material body to return to its original shape and size when the
forces causing the deformation are removed. A body with this ability is
said to behave (or respond) elastically. To a greater or lesser extent,
most solid <https://www.britannica.com/science/solid-state-of-matter> materials
exhibit elastic behaviour, but there is a limit to the magnitude of the
force <https://www.britannica.com/science/force-physics> and the
accompanying deformation within which elastic recovery is possible for any
given material. This limit, called the elastic limit
<https://www.britannica.com/science/elastic-limit>, is the maximum stress
<https://www.britannica.com/science/stress-physics> or force per unit area
within a solid material that can arise before the onset
<https://www.britannica.com/dictionary/onset> of permanent deformation.
Stresses beyond the elastic limit cause a material to yield or flow. For
such materials the elastic limit marks the end of elastic behaviour and the
beginning of plastic behaviour. For most brittle materials, stresses beyond
the elastic limit result in fracture with almost no plastic deformation. The
elastic limit depends markedly on the type of solid considered; for
example, a steel <https://www.britannica.com/technology/steel> bar or wire
can be extended elastically only about 1 percent of its original length,
while for strips of certain rubberlike materials, elastic extensions of up
to 1,000 percent can be achieved. Steel is much stronger than rubber
<https://www.britannica.com/science/rubber-chemical-compound>, however,
because the tensile force required to effect the maximum elastic extension
<https://www.britannica.com/dictionary/extension> in rubber is less (by a
factor of about 0.01) than that required for steel. The elastic properties
of many solids in tension lie between these two extremes. (Britannica)
Then how is steel more elastic than rubber?
10 Sound waves can generate heat KR Every mode is only an energy and
all energy causes heat because of irregular atomic motions. It may be seen
as unsound. Shruthi in a song we don't follow. We laugh when we talk about
shruti. Shruti is rhythmic; and sound is so rhythmic and organised it
creates low heat energy; if it is a bang bang and beatles, it evolves into
higher heat. Irregular movement of atoms causes ruptures of heat energy; in
bang bangs that is happening in shruti it is regular and uniform*. *
*11 Transparency and reflections shall not be confused; unless
transparent . Reflection will not be from the water or any object like a
mirror but only from the surface it hits. Transparency is passing through
light; reflection is after hitting a base. *Light waves cause vibrations in
surface atoms, which are either absorbed, transmitted or reflected.
Transparency
is caused by the transmission of light waves. If the vibrational energy of
a light wave is passed through the object, then the object appears clear,
or transparent.* K Rajaram IRS 91223*

CULTURAL QA 12-2023-08

Q1: What are some interesting facts about physics?

A1: Top 15 Mind-Blowing Facts about Physics

· Everything Falls at the Same Speed.

· We Can Observe Less Than 5% of the Stuff in the Universe.

· Steel is More Elastic than Rubber.

· Sound waves can generate heat

· Electricity and electromagnets are all underlying concepts of cell
phones

· Transparent objects are visible because they reflect light.

The clear water surface acts like a smooth reflecting top, it reflects
light when the image strikes the surface. Thus, we can see our image in the
water.

· Without friction, ONE won’t be able to walk

· Alarm clock: – We all use an alarm clock to wake up early in the
morning. When an alarm clock rings, the molecules present nearby vibrate.
The vibration causes the other molecules to vibrate as well.

· The concept of a steam iron is based upon the principle of the
heating effect of current. Due to the resistance present in it, an electric
current passing through a conductor generates heat. A steam iron uses
superheated water to eliminate creases in clothing and fabrics. Along with
this, iron weight forces them to adopt a new shape.

· Gravity is the fundamental factor in the ball pen concept. The ink
is transferred to the paper as pen glides over the page. It rotates the
ball, and gravity pulls the ink down onto its top. So, if physics had not
been there, ONE would not have been able to write with a ballpoint pen on
paper.

· To check for over speeding vehicles, police often use Doppler
Radar. It works on the principle of the Doppler Effect. Whenever the source
of the sound moves concerning the listener, the sound’s pitch changes. *The
reason for this is that as the sound source travels nearer or farther away
from the listener, the frequency of the sound wave changes.*

Importance of physics in everyday life

Physics explains how the world functions around us. Electronic devices such
as phones, Bluetooth, speakers, etc. follow the laws of physics. These
kinds of devices help humans to make their work easier and more efficient.

Q2: What are some things every Indian should know about Indian history?

A2: British colonial rule in India began in his 18th century and lasted
until 1947. Indian Independence Movement: The Indian Independence Movement
was a non-violent movement led by Mahatma Gandhi and other freedom fighters
aimed at ending British colonial rule and establishing a democratic and
independent India.

The earliest period of Indian history is the Indus Valley
Civilization, which existed from approximately 3300 BCE to 1300 BCE.

India was ruled by several major empires, including the
Maurya Empire, the Gupta Empire, the Mughal Empire, and the British Raj.

Year Event

1930 Dandi March, Launch of the Civil Disobedience Movement.

1931 Gandhi Irwin pact, execution of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru.

1935 Government of India Act.

1942 Quit India movement, Formation of Azad Hind Fauz.

· The naming of the country was debated by the drafting committee of
the constitution. *Before the Constitutional Assembly in 1949, the country
was known as Bharat, India, and Hindustan*. While a good number of the
drafting committee members preferred the old name, Bharat, many others
favoured India.

· India never invaded any country in her last 100000 years of
history.

· The Persian invaders converted it into Hindu. The name 'Hindustan'
combines Sindhu and Hindu and thus refers to the land of the Hindus.

· Chess was invented in India.

· Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus are studies, which originated
in India.

· The 'Place Value System' and the 'Decimal System' were developed
in India in 100 B.C.

· The world's first granite temple is the Brihadeswara Temple at
Tanjavur, Tamil Nadu. The shikhara of the temple is made from a single
80-tonne piece of granite. This magnificent temple was built in just five
years, (between 1004 AD and 1009 AD) during the reign of Rajaraja Chola.

· *India is the largest democracy in the world, the 7th largest
country in the world, and one of the most ancient civilizations**.*

· The game of Snakes & Ladders was created by the 13th century
poet Saint
Gyandev. It was originally called *'Mokshapat'*. The *Ladders* in the game
represented virtues and the SNAKES indicated vices. The game was played
with *cowrie shells and dices*. In time, the game underwent several
modifications, but its meaning remained the same, i.e. good deeds take
people to heaven and evil to a cycle of re-births.

· The world's highest cricket ground is in Chail, Himachal Pradesh.
Built in 1893 after levelling a hilltop, this cricket pitch is 2444 meters
above sea level.

· India has the largest number of post offices in the world.

· The largest employer in India is the Indian Railways, employing
over a million people.

· The world's first university was established in Takshila in 700
BC. More than 10500 students from all over the world studied more than 60
subjects. The University of *Nalanda *built in the 4th century was one of
the greatest achievements of ancient India in the field of education.

· Ayurveda is the earliest school of medicine known to mankind. The
Father of Medicine, Charaka, consolidated Ayurveda 2500 years ago.

· India was one of the *richest countries* till the time of British
rule in the early 17th century. Christopher Columbus, attracted by India's
wealth, had come looking for a sea route to India when he discovered
America by mistake.

· The Art of Navigation & Navigating was born in the river Sindh
over 6000 years ago. The very word Navigation is derived from the Sanskrit
word 'NAVGATIH'. *The word navy is also derived from the Sanskrit word
'Nou'.*

· Bhaskaracharya rightly calculated the time taken by the earth to
orbit the Sun hundreds of years before the astronomer Smart. According to
his calculation, the time taken by the Earth to orbit the Sun was 365.258756484
days.

· The value of *"pi"* was first calculated by the Indian *Mathematician
Budhayana*, and he explained the concept of what is known as the Pythagorean
Theorem. He discovered this in the 6th century, long before the European
mathematicians.

Q4: Why is it that the Sun does not affect the human body?

A4: Thermoregulation is the ability of an organism to keep its body
temperature within certain boundaries, even when the surrounding
temperature is very different. A thermo conforming organism, by contrast,
simply adopts the surrounding temperature as its own body temperature, thus
avoiding the need for internal thermoregulation. The internal
thermoregulation process is one aspect of homeostasis: a state of dynamic
stability in an organism's internal conditions, maintained far from thermal
equilibrium with its environment (*the study of such processes in zoology
has been called physiological ecology*). If the body is unable to maintain
a normal temperature and it increases significantly above normal, a
condition known as hyperthermia occurs.

Humans may also experience *lethal hyperthermia* when the wet bulb
temperature is sustained above 35 °C (95 °F) for six hours. It has been
established by experiment that a wet-bulb temperature exceeding 30.55°C
caused uncompensable heat stress in young, healthy adult humans. The
opposite condition, when body temperature decreases below normal levels, is
known as hypothermia. It results when the homeostatic control mechanisms of
heat within the body malfunction, causing the body to lose heat faster than
producing it. Normal body temperature is around 37°C(98.6°F), and
hypothermia sets in when the core body temperature gets lower than 35 °C
(95 °F). Usually caused by prolonged exposure to cold temperatures,
hypothermia is usually treated by methods that attempt to raise the body
temperature back to a normal range.

It was not until the introduction of thermometers that any exact
data on the temperature of animals could be obtained. It was then found
that local differences were present, since heat production and heat loss
vary considerably in different parts of the body, although the circulation
of the blood tends to bring about a mean temperature of the internal parts.
Hence it is important to identify the parts of the body that most closely
reflect the temperature of the internal organs. Also, for such results to
be comparable, the measurements must be conducted under comparable
conditions. The rectum has traditionally been considered to reflect most
accurately the temperature of internal parts, or in some cases of sex or
species, the vagina, uterus or bladder

Q5: What are some psychological facts that people don't know?

A5:

· Our body reacts as our mind thinks.

· A person usually makes a lot of hand gestures while telling the
truth.

· Any emotional pain lasts only for 12 minutes.

· Smelling an orange can reduce stress by about 70%.

· ONE IS MORE LIKELY TO *ACHIEVE THE GOALS* ..if it is kept as SECRET

· Most people choose INDEX finger whenever you ask them to choose
one.

· If a person is biting his/her nails, it means they are thinking
about something important.

· Many people are afraid to be more happy since they have a fear
that something bad will happen.
