If so dharmic in the quote were to be followed, Mahabharatha war should not have taken place at as Arjuna wished; but Krishna lead it because, bad elements must be annihilated; and the bad would never accept even after action-filled-regrets, its original GUNAS and would tend to show out as if they are so good and only the world is hurting them. That is what the cine actors and proliferated politicians do talk that no one isd RAMA etc. But it is a nonsense.
