Sir,
The skin is also an organ. In all living beings different parts have different
colours. I think some research may be going in to this aspect. Thank you for
reading the posting and response with BRIEF  additions

RespectedSir/s,

  SUBJECT: CULTURAL QA 01-2024-03A

Q1         Why do animalssit in silence as they are eaten alive and not scream
in pain and agony?

A1:Animalsmay not always scream in pain and agony when they are being eaten
alive for afew reasons. Firstly, some animals may not have vocalcords or the
ability to produce loud sounds. Additionally, the shock andstress of the
situation may prevent them from vocalizing.

Under highadrenaline and stress, mammals tend to 'Numb' thesensation
of pain. It will still be agonizing, more from the sensation ofgetting chewed
on and fear of being eaten alive.

Q2: When should you test your blood sugar?

A2:  Blood sugar readings provide insightinto how our body is responding to
diabetes treatment plan.

Depending on your unique needs, they may suggest testing bloodsugar at any of
the following times:

1.Before breakfast

Testing before anythingto eat or drink in the morning, also known as a
fasting blood sugar, can revealhow well our body manages blood sugar while
asleep. It also gives us a baselineto see changes in our blood sugar throughout
the day.

2. Beforeeach meal

Checking blood sugar before meals tells people who injectinsulin if they need
to take a “correction dose” of insulin in addition totaking their bolus insulin
to cover the meal. When testing in pairs (pre-meal and post-meal), a pre-meal
reading canact as a reference for how the food one eats and any pre-meal
medicationsaffect glucose levels.

3. Aftereach meal

The food one consumes has a large effect on our blood sugarlevels. The American
Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends testing 1 to 2 hoursafter the start of a
meal.

4.Before bedtime

A blood sugar reading taken before bedtime can tell if our bloodsugar is in a
safe range, or needs to have a snack before going to bed.

5.In the middle of the night

For people with newlydiagnosed type 1 diabetes, those at risk for severe
hypoglycaemia, or those whohave other medical needs, testing during the night
may be advised.

6.Before, during, and after physical activity

Physical activity can have varied effects on people depending onthe intensity,
duration, and type of exercise. Since exercise often lowersblood sugar, it is
important to check blood sugar before a workout and to havea snack if blood
sugar is below target to help prevent hypoglycaemia. 7. If youthink your blood
sugar might be

8. Whenyou’re sick or stressed

Balancing food, medication, and physical activity to keep bloodsugar in range
can be difficult. Additional factors such as stress, illness, and pain can also
raise blood sugar. Testing more often during times of illness or stress may be
recommended aswell as testing for ketones if blood sugar levels become very
high.

9. Whenusing insulin

For people using an insulin pump or insulin injections throughoutthe day, the
testing multiple times daily is recommended.

Q3:Are black people's internal organs the same colour as white people?

A3: Thehuman body and its organs have colours, that is, the liver is brown, the
heartis red, and bones are white, and so on. Although this is obvious
andestablished, the reason why organs have a particular colour is not
completelyunderstood.

There is anyconnection between skin colour and the colour of internal organs
because firstof all the phenotypic characters are what are coded by the genes
and the colourof the internal organs is included in that. The pigment that
gives colour toour skin(mostly melanin) is in no way responsible for giving
colour to ourinternal organs and since our internal organs are all vascularised
the only colourwe see is red.

Q4: What is the nicest thing a stranger ever did for you?

A4:"Iwas freshman year of college  and a bitof a tough start. I was adjusting
to the newness of college and trying to pavemy way at a college where I knew no
one.

"One morning, I was walking to classand having a bad day. To add insult to
injury, it was pouring rain, and Iforgot my umbrella. At the crosswalk, I was
standing in the rain like a chumpuntil this kind girl approached me and put her
umbrella over me without asking. We ended up talking and were walking to the
same class. It was such a smallgesture but meant so much to me, and I still
remember it to this day."
