Respected Sir/s,                                  Habits are the building
blocks of our lives, each one contributing to the larger picture of who we are
and where we are going. More often than not, these habits determine our future
more than our dreams. Dreams are crucial; they set the stage, provide the
backdrops, and shape our desires.
                                                                 HABITS shape
our daily routines, dictate our food choices, regulate our sleeping schedule,
and influence how much exercise we need to do.All of these factors greatly
impact our physical and mental health. In addition to helping one reach goals,
habits can provide a sense of structure, control, and even meaning to LIFE.
Many professional athletes, for example, gain a sense of confidence and control
when they perform specific rituals before or during games. This boosts  their
confidence and  they will likely go into the competition with the confidence to
perform better.
Habits are so powerful as they create neurological cravings: A
certain behaviour is rewarded by the release of “pleasure” chemicals in the
brain. The loop is a self-reinforcing mechanism that over time becomes
automatic.                    When a habit emerges, the brain stops fully
participating in decision making.
HABITS are encoded in the structures of our brain
and save us a lot of effort because we don’t have to relearn everything we do.
HABITS NEVER really disappear.  ONE can’t
extinguish a bad habit, but  can only change it.          When a habit emerges,
the brain stops... fully participating in decision making thus shaping the
FUTURE.-----RegardsV.SridharanTrichy On Wednesday, 24 January, 2024 at
