Very interesting! Only in the past 6 years the UN declared Finland the happiest country where the population is 50 lakhs only. Freemed, good govt, fine education, proximity to parks, good homes, ; but out of the inequality in income whose take home pay is 1/3 to 50%. Is it living with nature sir? NO; is it because home space is so wider; NO; the homes have the inequality; corruption free govt; where the boss shares his profit with all the working people and works along, what is left out is hard to maintain their future needs; so money flow is limited; and people who can pay otherwise is also limited; hence corruption free. As they live far away, their commutations are not frequent , so meeting social get together is in the proximity only as in our olden days villages; when we have to meet only these groups, as we do, we adjust our emotions and needs and wish always lest our get together will be spoiled. When my grandpa was living in Eragaram daily looking after so many Veli lands, when the gold price was only Rs 8 a sov, he bought so many every time he had money. His food is taken care of; he had his education at that time. He needed only a few dhotis and towels. Every day only agraharam people will mix with. Sun rose and SUN retd; and all were happy without electricity , TV Radio etc why not even a laptop. Then all migrated to the city; then need arose. and inequality of income persisted; taxes were low; but charges for personal facilities varied. So people were branded as categories. So envy entered to reduce happiness. Where money is not a crunch to endure the basic needs of which we are satisfied , and when your social mixing is limited (how many Finnish tourists do you see ?; they cannot travel beyond certain limits; so live and die there. So happy as they have no knowledge of any different structures outside. Finnish crime rate is so low because only fron Govt one has to steal. 50 lakhs and 700 show the difference KR IRS 13 3 24
