Sir, At the foundation everything is electromagnetism.Everything else is manifestations,manifestations in millions of diversities.The other basic forces,the gravitational force,the strong force that keep an atom stable and the weak force the opposite of the strong force,too are basically manifestations.After all the protons themselves are particles of positive electricity.
