TRANSLATION

1) “The king of the demigods said: To the imperishable Supreme Personality
of Godhead, who is eternal, whose form is splendid, who is beyond the modes
of material nature, who has no material form, whose desires are all
fulfilled, who is limitless.” [178]

2) “He gives the devotees a chance to meditate on Him and serve Him. He
appears in each yuga in forms that are either white, red, yellow
complexioned forms.” [179]

3) “In Satya Yuga, He appears suitably in a splendid white form. In Treta
Yuga, He appears in a red complexioned form, akin to kunkuma powder, that
is effulgent and shines with spiritual splendor.” [180]

4) “In Dvapara Yuga, He dons a splendid yellow appearance with His yellow
garments. In Kali Yuga, He shall appear in a dark complexioned form. To the
fully opulent and primeval Supreme Personality of Godhead, I offer my
respectful obeisances.” [181]

5) “I offer my respectful obeisances to the Supreme Personality of Godhead,
who is handsome and dark like the most glorious of new monsoon clouds. He
is Nanda Maharaja's only child, and is the life and soul of Mother Yasoda.”
[182]

6) “He enchanted the consciousness of the cowherd girls, He is the most
dearer than life to Srimati Radharani, He plays pranks and plays happily
the flute.” [183]

7) “His divine form has no equal, He is splendorously adorned with jeweled
ornaments, He is as handsome as millions of Cupids, He emits peacefulness,
and is the Supreme controller.” [184]

8) “Sometimes, He is playing with Radha in the forests of Vrndavana.
Sometimes, in secluded parts of the forest, He rests on Radha’s breasts.”
[185]

9) “Sometimes, He exhibits pastimes in the water playing with Radha, and
sometimes, He braids Radha’s hair in the forest.” [186]

10) “Sometimes, He decorated Srimati Radharani’s feet with red lac, and
sometimes, He happily partakes the betelnuts that have already been chewed
by Radha.” [187]

11) “Sometimes, He looks at Radha, and She looks at Krsna with crooked
eyes. Sometimes, He places the flower garland on Radha. Sometimes, He goes
to the rasa dance circle with Radha.” [188]

12) “Sometimes, He gives Radha the same flower garland that He originally
received from Her. Sometimes, He enjoys pastimes with the cowherd girls.”
[189]

13) “Sometimes, He leaves with Radha, leaving the other gopi girls behind.
Sometimes, He eats food prepared by the wives of the brahmanas.” [190]

14) “Sometimes, He eats fruits and tubers with the cowherd boys. Sometimes,
He happily steals the garments by the gopi girls.” [191]

15) “Sometimes, He sings beautiful songs with the cowherd boys. Sometimes,
He places His lotus feet upon Kaliya’s head.” [192]

16) “Sometimes, He tends the cows with the cowherd boys. Sometimes, He
plays pranks and plays happily the flute.” [193]

17) After Indra chanted this prayer, which was given to him by his guru
(Brhaspati) when in battle with Vrtasura, he offered his respectful
obeisances to Sri Krsna, with great awe and reverence. [194]

18) Lord Krsna gave this prayer, the eleven-syllable mantra, and the kavaca
mantra to Lord Brahma after having performed penance. [195]

19) At Puskara tirtha, Lord Brahma gave this prayer to the one of the
Sanat-Kumaras. Then, he gave this prayer to Sage Angira. Then, sage Angira
passed this prayer unto Indra’s guru. [196]

20) The one who regularly chants this prayer that is spoken by Indra will
attain firm devotion and at the end of this lifetime, attain direct service
to the Lord. [197]
21) The person who read this will also be free from birth, death, old-age,
disease, and lamentation. Indeed, that person will not see the messengers
of Yamaraja or his abode in their dreams. [198]//K Rajaram IRS 24424
