I happened to read in a US library the same title book almost similar
subject long back. It seems like the book "Bureaucracy" by Ludwig von
Mises. This book, written by the Austrian economist Ludwig von Mises,
explores the nature of bureaucracy within government and its implications
for society. Mises discusses how bureaucracy can often lead to
inefficiency, lack of innovation, and even tyranny, particularly in
centrally planned economies. Mises argues that the inherent nature of
bureaucracy, with its focus on rules, regulations, and hierarchy, can
stifle individual initiative and hinder economic progress. He advocates for
free markets and limited government intervention as alternatives to
bureaucratic systems. "Bureaucracy" is considered one of Mises's important
works on economics and political theory, offering insights into the
challenges and pitfalls of bureaucratic organization and its impact on
society. KR IRS 28424
