board?

Discover the hiddengenius behind airlines operating empty planes, a strategy
that may seemperplexing at first glance but is, in fact, a well-thought-out
approach aimedat securing their success. Delve into the reasons airlines opt
for thisunconventional tactic and be amazed by its brilliance.

Protecting AirportSlots: It's a high-stakes game, and airlines are playing it
smart. They flyempty planes to protect their precious airport slots, ensuring
they retaintheir scheduled time on lucrative routes. By keeping these slots
occupied, theymaintain their foothold in the industry and pave the way for
future,fully-booked flights.

Logistics in Play:There's more to this seemingly empty journey than meets the
eye. Airlinescarefully calculate their decisions, considering factors beyond
mere passengernumbers. From intricate maintenance schedules to planning for the
next day'sflights and weather-induced contingencies, every aspect is
meticulouslyevaluated. Moreover, the presence of valuable cargo in the holds
furtherjustifies these flights economically.

StrategicRepositioning: Have you ever wondered why certain flights appear
almostdeserted? The answer lies in strategic repositioning. Some flights are
designedprimarily to relocate airplanes for their morning departures. These
late-nightjourneys from major hubs to smaller cities may have limited bookings,
but theyare essential for ensuring that the next day's flight runs at full
capacity.

Cargo Revenue:While passengers may be light, cargo holds are anything but.
Airlinescapitalize on the potential of carrying substantial cargo on these
flights, reaping substantial revenue that outweighs the cost of flying the
plane. Thisclever business maneuver keeps the financial scales perfectly
balanced.

Optimized SafetyMeasures: In an ever-changing world, airlines prioritize
passenger safety aboveall. Limited social distancing measures don't imply a
compromise on safety.Instead, airlines have adopted comprehensive safety
protocols, such as mandatorymask-wearing, which ensure a secure travel
experience. This enables airlines toaccommodate more passengers while
maintaining a safe environment.

In conclusion, themystery behind airlines flying empty planes is now unveiled.
With a strategicvision and focus on economic viability and passenger safety,
airlines navigatethe complexities of the aviation industry with finesse. So,
the next time yousee an apparently empty flight, know that it's a well-crafted
masterpiece, geared towards ensuring a successful future for the airline and a
comfortablejourney for its passengers.

Q2           What are the reasons that Indians areleaving America and going
back to India? Once Indians came to the USA forbetter opportunities and now
they are going back. What motivates Indians to goback to their developing home
country?

A2           Nirali Shah,Lived in Mumbai,Maharashtra, IndiaJan 27

I am a studentstudying in New York and I have completed my 1st semester in MBA
program. Forthe winter break, I left for India for a month in a span of 5
months afterstarting my program.

In August, when Istarted my program, I was so excited to come to USA to
experience and explore. And in literally 5 months, my views for USA changed.
Now, after this winterbreak when I have come back to USA from India, I am
contemplating should I evenstay in USA? Is it worth it?? There is really
nothing we don't have in INDIAthat USA is providing except for the money. And
to be honest, that scenario isalso changing.

For anyone, who isliving a very monetarily stable life in India, think twice
before coming. Ihave made this mistake, I don't want people to make it. If
someone isstruggling financially, I can understand, there are good many
opportunities inUSA but they also come with varied challenges which you won't
find in India. And for someone who is already doing great career wise and
monetarily, thinktwice. I say this, because , I am a dentist in India and I was
earning verygood. After some years into my profession, I reached a saturation
stage anddecided to explore and experience different field in a different
country.Everything was great initially until reality hits hard.

You are lonely evenwhen you have friends and your parents are lonely even when
they have kids. Whyto even live this kind of life? Why to cook and store food
and eat the same for3 days when you can have everything fresh in India? why to
have food alone? whyto have stress creep you in, because of loneliness? Why
even after every smallsuccess of yours in USA, you feel alone when you have
literally noone to sharewith, what's the point of the extra money when you have
noone to spend on, youcan send money to your parents, sure, but still there is
always a void in yourheart.

India isprogressing at such a faster pace, that you can work in dream companies
even inIndia, trust me the struggles of job hunting is better in India than in
USA asan international student. Our healthcare and banking sector is unbeatable
whencompared to USA. People say that standard of living is better in USA,
Actuallyit's not, if by standard of living you mean, bigger roads, less
pollution, thenit's just 1 percent of our problems in India.

India is beautiful, our roads are getting better under the leadership of Nitin
Gadkari, pollutionneeds work, but we are blessed to live with our parents, have
good healthcaresystem that doesn't require waiting for 3 months for a simple
dental cleaning, have good street food that speaks taste , have friends who care
for you , youname it and we have it.

Everything here inUSA is so systematic that the system itself is a failure.
Even after having asystem, if you have to wait for months to get a treatment,
what is the point?

Digitalisation inour country is at a different level, USA will take years to
inculcate that kindof digitalisation at a grass root level and it doesn't even
have populationlike India, it's more easy for them yet they can't do it like
what we have donein India.

I don't understandwhy USA is hyped so much, we are at this moment, at the right
time, rightplace, to be part of India. We can be a part of the growth journey
in India,Modi is literally doing good and you can only understand the
importance andwealth of your country, when you start staying in another country.

Its been a semesteronly, yet I am thinking at 6 am in early morning, should I
catch a flight toIndia or stay here. I am so confused and stressed. What did I
trade ? It'sreally not worth it.

I am jealous ofpeople who are living in India and I am not. As a student, I am
so confused asto what to do, continue or leave my education? I just miss
everything of India.

India feels home,USA feels like a House.

Really guys, Iunderstand, why people move back to India, there is literally
nothing USA canoffer when compared to India. INDIA IS HOME.

Q3           Who was the most cryptic andcontradictory boy in history?

A3           Alessandro13,23h

Kaspar Hauser.

Nuremberg, 26 May1828, a shoemaker notices a young man aged between 15 and 18
wandering aroundthe streets of the city in a confused state.

It does not speakexcept using only and exclusively two sentences: "I don't
know" and"I would like to be a great leader like my father".

The young man, whowrites on a piece of paper that his name is Kaspar Hauser,
gives the shoemakera letter addressed to the captain of the Nuremberg cavalry.
The two go togetherto the captain's estate, who however is absent and so his
servants feed the boywith meat, which however he does not seem to metabolize
and vomits immediatelyafterwards, feeding only and exclusively on wholemeal
bread and water.

Once the captainarrives, he holds a brief conversation with Kaspar, which
however immediatelyproves to be fruitless given the boy's inability to utter
other sentencesbesides the two mentioned above . Thinking that he was a
criminal, the captaintherefore decides to lock the boy in the cell, and it is
precisely here thatKaspar's psychomotor difficulties can be seen: he has a
particular vision, which does not allow him to recognize the
three-dimensionality of environmentsbut which allows him to see very well at
night . Once exonerated, Kaspar islooked after by a local teacher, also because
the boy is a prodigy at drawing.Soon, however, Kaspar is the protagonist of
some strange vicissitudes andunjustified attacks , until in 1833, exactly five
years after his appearance,he is fatally wounded by an unknown man who leaves a
strange, incomprehensibleand still undeciphered letter at the scene of the
crime.

“Here lies Kaspar Hauser. Enigma of his time, birth unknown, death unknown.
1833”

Q5           What are some lesser known storiesabout Karna?

A5           Seema Bharti, Author of Mahabharat'sStories2h

Duryodhan hadmanaged to char, the Pandavs to death.

But after a while, the news of their emergence in the guise of Brahmins reached
Hastinapur.

Dhritrashtra’s sonwas devastated and the beautiful Draupadi choosing a skilful
Brahmin over braverich kshatriya kings hurt his pride.

Moreover thecousins now had a powerful ally in Draupadi’s brothers
Dhristadyumna, Shikandiand a father King Draupada that was enough to give him
nightmares.

Duryodhan wasintimidated.

He thought oftempting Drupada with gifts and wealth so that he abandoned
Yudhisthira. Ifthat failed he had another in place.

The Pandavsstrength would diminish if a rift arose between sons of Kunti and of
Madri. This would weaken the brothers and most likely create differences among
all.

Else killing Bhimon the sly would take away Arjun’s strength who was his
partner in duels.

Draupadi ifinstigated against her husbands shall prove to be the ammunition
ofdestruction.

It was best tofight with deception and not like a true kshatriya, thought the
devious one.

In desperation, thescion of Hastinapur had stooped real low.

He wished to temptthe cousins with lustful women and lead them to the path of
debauchery.Eventually breaking them away from Draupadi and her father Drupada.

Weakening thealliance and trust with powerful Drupada was imperative.

But Karna feltinsulted. He had confidence in his skill and valour.

He urged Duryodhanto defeat his cousins with bravery which was every kshatriyas
weapon.

Moreover usingdeceit would never help him win, since Pandavs had become strong
with lots ofpowerful allies and were no longer children who could be oppressed.

Alienation fromallies and among themselves would never work. The wise Drupada
respected theirskill over other kings’ lineage and wealth. Most likely he would
help them getthe share of their father’s kingdom since his daughter was married
in thefamily.

Karna advisedDuryodhan to engage in a duel, preferably on Panchala’s home turf,
before theinvincible cousin Krishna joined hands.

“ King Bharata had acquired the whole withskill and strength. It is the only
weapon and virtue of kshatriyas. A kshatriyaneeded to follow the dictates of
dharma, which is of valour and not ofdeception.” he opined

In all earnest hehoped Duryodhan would attack Panchala with the vast army of
elephants, chariots, cavalry and infantry and bring back Drupada along with his
sons andson-in-laws as captives.

All that hadtranspired in the past, winning with gifts or not agreeing to the
terms andconditions of handing the kingdom according to laws of inheritance
would notwork.
