Dear folks
An abysmal ignoramus demonstrating his lack of knowledge and lack of education
is easily unmasked by his own words. Witness the following ego-boosters,
expressed in the writer's standard drain-gutter-sewer ungrammatical broken
English:-
(1) "These thoughts I wrote elsewhere is used here to reflect the so easy way
shown in the quote:" THE SIMPLEST TASK IS TO BE HAPPY WITH EVERYONE" Suppose
you follow what are all few things only I have given , though I run a long one
in the article I wrote, and will show how the quote is not that easy."
My comments:-
The super-egoist K Rajaram ex-IRS 9524 propounds seven woolly-headed
nonsensical "strategies" concocted by himself in his idle moments, in order to
achieve "finding happiness amidst morose or shouting characters."
He, being illiterate, has never heard of, and never read of or appreciated, and,
accordingly, fails to appreciate that happiness, or bliss, or anandam in
Sanskrit, is dealt with extensively in the yajur-veda thaiththireya upanishad.
That indispensble piece of vedam, which is essential abhyaasam for every
braahmana (which the egoist is not), spells out the comparisons of the amount
of happiness enjoyed by the various entities.
It starts with the assertion:- "aanandam brahmano vidvaan."
It takes as a standard the happiness (aananadam) enjoyed by an ordinary human
being. It says that the manushya-gandharvas enjoy a hundred-fold that amount
of happiness.
The deva-gandarvanas enjoy a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by the
manushya-gandharvas.
The pithrunaanjiralokalokas enjoy a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by the
deva-gandharvas.
The aajaanajaanadevas enjoy a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by the
pithrunaanjiralokalokas.
The karmanaa-devas enjoy a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by the
pithrunaanjiralokalokas.
The shathankarmadevaas enjoy a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by the
karmanaa-devas.
Indra enjoys a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by the shathankarma-devas.
Bruhaspathi enjoys a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by Indra.
Prajaapathi enjoys enjoys a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by Bruhaspathi.
Brahma enjoys enjoys a hundred-fold the happiness enjoyed by Prajaapathi.

Said easier than done is a proverb. So quotes are printed so easily but the
effort one has to follow, endure and get along will knock you out of breadth.
These thoughts I wrote elsewhere is used here to reflect the so easy way shown

the article I wrote, and will show how the quote is not that easy. Now:
Finding happiness amidst morose or shouting characters canbe challenging, but
to make it possible, certainly, here are some strategies:
1 Try to understand why the characters aremorose or shouting. They might be
going through difficult times or facingchallenges. Recognizing their feelings
and perspective can help you empathizewith them.
2 Practice mindfulness and cultivate innerpeace. Remind yourself that you
cannot control others' behaviours but cancontrol your own reactions. Take deep
breaths, center yourself, and focus onremaining calm.
3 If the characters' behaviour is affecting younegatively, consider setting
boundaries. Politely assert your needs andcommunicate your boundaries. This
might involve stepping away from thesituation or limiting your interactions
with those characters.
4 Look for positivity even in challengingsituations. Focus on things that
bring you joy, such as hobbies, spending timewith loved ones, or engaging in
activities that uplift your spirits.
5 Cultivate a gratitude practice by focusing onthings you're thankful for,
even in difficult moments. Shifting yourperspective towards gratitude can help
you find happiness amidst challenges.
6 Remember that you have the power to choose howyou respond to situations.
Instead of reacting impulsively to morose orshouting characters, respond with
kindness, compassion, and understanding.
7 If you're struggling to find happiness amidstchallenging characters,
don't hesitate to seek support from friends, family, ora therapist. Talking
about your feelings and receiving support can help younavigate difficult
situations more effectively.
Ultimately, finding happiness in challenging circumstancesis about cultivating
resilience, maintaining perspective, and focusing on thethings that bring you
joy and fulfilment. But are you a sanyasi and have enoughtime? K
