I am very happy and proud to know Mr Tarsem Lal , a commerce graduate from army
wrote U P S C Examination and got selected to IRS. While I was working in
Trivandrum Training centre as senior Lecturer, one Mr Tampi joined from air
force after passing U P S C and posted to ITS as Director. His air force
certificate was equivalent to Engineering degree.
I am also told about the negatives and non popularity of Mr Rajaram, by one of
his colleagues, but not to disclose his name.Through these years of interaction
I am also forced to think, Mr Rajaram is having more negatives.
I recollect once Mr Rajaram wrote in the groups, from one of his B S N L friend
in Chennai, I was most unpopular. He never knew I am a different person from
Kerala circle. Mr Rajaram goes to sudden conclusions.
