Very interesting! Maybe  a discussion is better. Bujt what I thought is,
the 10% etc can be easily purchased and our people also are corrosive;
hence let there be no election of candidates at all. Let the party on paper
or established contest; may be in order to keep limited contestants, as
crooks are more here, better set some yard stick and as IPL only 8 or 10
teams qualified may contest. Later the party won the appointment of their
ministers, even from outside the party. As suggested , no opposition needed
at all. No processions and road blocking meetings. Let people shout on
