Decision making is a misnomer; no one really decides except the brahmam. We are like children playing house games. We think; we analyse thinking that our analysis is perfect; draw conclusions; decide to proceed; and at the end of the tunnel if we get whole of India, well that we brag as our decisions; if we get India, Pak and BD also then where there are minority-horn blowers and feel ruptured, then we find a scapegoat for the decisions. Where in service there is success it is done by the inactive boss; if failed, it is by that foolish post holder. So there are thinkers only ERGO SUM COGITO. Decision makers feign it was tough to take. KR IRS 61224
