I totally agree with Mr MANI. SCIENCE EVIDENCE SAY:"Japanese water therapy
involves timing your meals and water intake, supposedly cleansing your gut
and healing disease. However, scientific evidence does not indicate that it
works. There are several benefits to adequate hydration
<https://www.healthline.com/health/how-much-water-should-I-drink>, but
Japanese water therapy cannot treat or cure any medical condition. If
you’re dealing with a condition with which Japanese water therapy is
claimed to help, you should consult your healthcare provider."
And here I would like to add another advice from a doctor member in FB
which may invoke our thoughts; but as the doctor said, yanaikku arram ente
kudiraikku gurram kathmandu; so pl consult the doctor.

"When you get Covid-19 or when you take the Covid shots of any kind, you
have the same side effects - that affects the brain in the same way like
Alzheimer's dementia., in a mild way. If you take any mind-altering
medicines, like sleeping pills, anti-anxiety medicines or allergy pills
like Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Alka-Seltzer or Claritin, you will get more
brain fog, weakness in legs, falling down, fainting spells etc. So, avoid
these medicines for several months. If you feel a pain in the legs, it is
not from any inflammation in the muscles but an irritation in the brain
that makes you feel like a pain. Pain medicines and arthritis medicines
will not work. So, with Covid one needs many precautions. Please check
with your doctor before deciding on these. (Dr Bala Iyer in FB)"

Subject: [iyer123] JAPANESE WATER THERAPY
To: Iyer <[email protected]>

*Respected sir/s,*

*SUBJECT: **JAPANESE WATER THERAPY*

* Japanese water therapy involves drinking up to seven cups of warm
water upon waking and waiting about 45 minutes before eating. **Japanese
water therapy gets its name from being commonly used by the Japanese people
and **in** Japanese medicine**. It requires drinking hot water on an empty
stomach after waking to cleanse the digestive system and control gut
health, which can cure several disorders, according to proponents.*

* The proponents argue that cold water is unhealthy because it
can make the fats and oils in our food harden in our digestive tract which
will lead to slowing down digestion and causing diseases. Japanese water
therapy is a **wellness practice** that involves drinking several glasses
of room temperature water in the morning and following certain eating
guidelines: *

*DRINKING WATER:*

*Drink 4–5 glasses of water on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth
& wait another 45 minutes before having your breakfast.* *I**n
**addition, **most
proponents only recommend consuming meals for 15 minutes at a time, with a
break of at least 2 hours before eating or drinking some food.*

*OTHER PRACTICES*

*Gargle with warm salt water before bed and walk quietly for at least 30
minutes every day. *

* Some surmise that Japanese water therapy can treat a variety of health
conditions, but there's little scientific evidence to support this.
However, drinking more water can have some health benefits, such as: *

*Weight loss: Drinking water can help you feel full and prevent overeating.
By limiting calories, practising Japanese water therapy will help you lose
weight.*

*HYDRATION:** Drinking water can help prevent headaches, constipation, and
kidney stones. **Adequate hydration has numerous benefits, including
optimum brain activity, sustained energy levels, and control of body
temperature and blood pressure.*

*SKIN HEALTH: **Drinking water can help keep your skin hydrated and prevent
wrinkles and age spots. The skin is made up of 30 percent of the body's
water content; proper hydration keeps the skin supple and flexible and
prevents moisture loss.*

* If the water intake is very low, the skin is
unable to avoid the loss of excess water and thus loses its
elasticity.* *Drinking
plenty of water allows the kidneys to flush out the system's contaminants
and deliver clean and oxygenated blood to the organs.*

*The skin texture and tone keep the skin healthy and radiant and are
preserved by water therapy.*

* Some potential risks of Japanese water therapy include **frequent
urination and electrolyte imbalance.*

*Regards*
